I am not sure if the subpoenas were sent or not , but even if they were it most likely wouldn't help in unmasking them as these individuals all use VPN'S, and TOR browsers to avoid detection.which allows them to create multiple aliases on a given message board.

And since the action against SNPW was Civil not Criminal law enforcement which has the ability to unmask them will not get involved.

If any criminal charges are filed it will be from outside SNPW (Moss and the Kentucky law firm) and frankly I don't believe they think it is worth the effort and treating it like a childish prank.

Second,As an objective poster I will give credit where credit is due. Currently concerning the state of the company the needle is pointing in your direction for accuracy , No filings since 6/24 and the last X of substance was 8/24.

and the company does emerge with something significant then it can be concluded that the Tortuous Interference did catastrophic damage that resulted in the company being forced to do the 4000 to 1 reverse split from losing the funding.

68.9% of that is invested into bitcoin and ethereum if you take a look at bitcoin dominance on CMC. Not to mention the other large "blue chip" coins like Solana, Tether, XRP, BNB, stable coins etc. Those assets aren't necessarily a "gamble" investment that of which can run 10, 20, 100x like shitcoins and otc penny tickers. I disagree with your below statement. I think there are significant topics to talk about, or have snpw update their shareholders.

Topics such as:

Snpw tweeted last September they were working on their filings. It’s been 3 months since this tweet, what’s the status of these filings? Noting that filings are due every 3 months it would seem reasonable for an update.

Earlier this year snpw tweeted a site visit for a facility. What’s the current status of identifying a facility?

What is the status of financing?

Is there a connection between Solray and snpw?

Foxess products seem to be doing well in a number of regions, why not the United States. Is snpw actively promoting Foxess? If so, how? If not, why not?

I could add more but I think the above outlines why I believe there are things to talk about, be updated on.

Some have previously stated that there is nothing to update, nothing new on the above topics so there is nothing to update. I don’t buy this excuse based reasoning. Yes in end up the project was denied,

but in other for the West Warwick Town and Planning boards to give its approval at the local selected, to move forward one would think it was reviewed by a Civil Engineer and given their approval for the project and the location.

West Warwick Town Board, West Warwick Planning board, Civil Engineer and RI-DEM all approved the project, FoXEss remains on the SPPC website, and Sun Group expanded it relationship with SPPC, yet some call this a scam.

With nothing out of the company, there really isn' t anything current about SNPW to talk about here.
