2 week wait for an.update to say, "Hey, we got nothing, but we are looking for a business in this field". Par for OTC people. Facepalm. 

It looks like UST was planning on going public in 2026. Interesting

Update coming sooner or later. As long as they don't come back with another "Stay Tuned". Be sick if the pull another Aphex Biocleanse type run again. That company had good products but they are each other alive from what I read from the court filings. Bunch of insider beef destroyed it. Looking forward to what they do with this. 
I do think at some point there will be another attempt to find ZapVir a home to start producing it again. They know it works and is marketable since Sinofresh Healthcare was trading around $7-8 bucks when it had to cancel marketing to pay for again insider lawfare. Company had nasal sprays in Walmarts and every pharmacy across America before all that BS. I actually used it and preferred it over Afrin and other sprays. I remember searching for before it ended up on an Amazon store for a while.  

You may be right , he's been on the filings since at least 2021 , haven't looked past that yet .

Personally I think this is just an overhang from a 2014 service agreement with Kuboo (Safe Communications). But, it's entirely possible Khrishna is coming to collect and a deal of sorts was struck. IMO GLTU

The fins show UST owning 24 mil shares here and the CEO of UST is Krishna Sudheendra , also on insider for $sgtb . Wonder if hes taking UST public , as they are a private company now with 30000 employees, value around 1 billion dollars.

Someone bought 1k shares here today. Wish I could buy expert stocks. 

What is the total price is what I'm asking? And how would the transaction happen? Broker to Broker? Over the phone transfer? Since it isn't trading normally. Depending on how cheap they are it may be worth buying, if anything to bring my average down some more. 

I called into broker and they put up 250K shares at market. Held em for years.

Made too much money this year so tax loss harvesting. Great deal if somebody can get em....providing it trades again

These guys seem to be working on this shell a bit lately. The company is current again at the Texas SOS and they changed the name back to Suggestion Box, Inc.

I sent David Olund the website to see if it is theirs. He has only responded to me once through FB messenger, so he probably won’t respond, but never know.

A lot of people lost money.

Company directors are tied up in litigation over at $SNST. Trying get the bankruptcy changed from Chap 11 to Chapter 7 which allows them to keep the assets.

Some of the ZapVir products utilize the Hy-IQ water patent currently under the Aphex Biocleanse (SNST) umbrella.

Hope this helps. I don’t know when they plan to address the expert market.

They won’t, these guys have been trying to get a clean shell for Zapvir Sinofresh products for nearly 20yrs since the other Sinofresh Healthcare failed.

Hopefully they sell this ticker to someone else , doesn't seem like they want it anymore and the structure is awesome
