Funny you are going to be buying when the "last" note holder is going to start to convert!!!

How was there 2.4 BILLION Shares issued (diluted) in September for "debt conversion" when the "last" note holder wasn't supposed to convert until 2025? There was an additional 1.5 BILLION Shares issued (diluted) this month also, we can assume those shares were for "debt conversion" also!

Problem here is they issue most shares at $0.0001 , aside from the offering at $0.0005. so while it looks like a share selling scam based on the company's issuance prices, they do also report a strong balance sheet and high quarterly revenues. They just simply do not care about the stock price right now. Shareholders like myself , just see the potential and hope that one day they decide to care about the stock price.

It appears the recent run up was to prop the stock price up, so they could file the latest quarterly report without needing to mention new share issuances, and then issue more stock - likely at $0.0001 since that is their go-to issuance price. Seems the plan was to file first, then issue shares, so they wouldn't need to report the issuances until a future filing. OS has gone up recently from approx 1.5 billion to over 1.9 billion. Still not that bad, I just hope they suddenly care about the stock price at some point.

If PSRU had actual income behind it it may be worth something...... Just look at the websites; they are down or not updated in years! With "income" like you are stating from disclosures surely any business with 1% of that income would be able to update their website.

IMO: Book value here is apx. 10 times trip 1, at double zero 1;
take retained earnings of 18.6 million and divide it by the 16.6 billion outstanding.

$PSRU was looking to bring in between $20M > $50M in EB-5 funding which will depend on the size of the project and whether it is in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or not (source: various previous updates).

Each investor who loans $1.05M (reduced to $800K in a TEA) gets a Conditional Green Card immediately for themselves and family members,

They must then prove that the project has created 10 new US jobs and apply for conditions to removed and obtain a Permanent Green Card within 2 years.

After having residency for a total of 5 years they can then take the US Citizenship test and interview.
