Months of nothing and today PPMH goes from 1 cent to 5. Afraid to ask....Why?

As predicted, the volume is now essentially zero. And the stock price just keeps going lower and lower.

PPMH will become full reporting, Market Maker will file 15c211. Ex-CFO of FedEx instrumental in company's return to glory.

The claims about MM's and the SEC investigation being "positive" are ridiculous. We hear that in every SEC suspended stock. And guess what! It is NEVER true.

Absolutely NO MM will file a 15c2-11 for a company suspended by the SEC for fraud. Ain't happening.

You are making assumptions without facts. PPMH has been more than forthcoming, has provided months of signed financials, etc. I don't know where you get your information from. There's quite a story here, I'm told there are multiple market makers assisting in the first 15c211 and the SEC investigation results are positive. Maybe you should call the company yourself?

That is not how it works.

FINRA is not the SEC. They are two different regulators. The process for a name change is NOT "rigorous" - it is a simple one page request form. And there is no investigation done by FINRA for a name change.

And Pink is not coming. No MM will sponsor a stock suspended for fraud.

The SEC is currently conducting a formal investigation into the Company for fraud. The stock is going nowhere.

Why would the company go through such a rigorous process, including an investigation of current AND PREVIOUS management? PPMH is certainly not suspended by the SEC. It was a temporary suspension, and as soon as it expired PPMH was back trading immediately on the grey. Next is Pink!

Shorters? What shorters? PPMH has less than 10,000 shares short, and most of those are hanging on knowing the stock is going to zero from here on out. No reason to cover such a small position when you know your return will be around 100% from here.

And being gray market now, there are no new short positions being initiated.

So any claims about shorters having any kind of effect on this SEC suspended stock are ridiculous.

If you thought it would be at 0.001, that's understandable, bot not reasonable in this case. Sometimes real companies with real products make a misstep. It's not impossible to fix it, especially if you address each and every issue with documentation. It especially helps when private investors have put in over $20 million in funding, and the belief in ultimate success is justified.

2000 shares traded will soon look like a bonanza for this stock. Gray market stocks that have been suspended by the SEC are effectively dead.

If anyone wanted to bail out of their position post-suspension, they have effectively missed their chance.

2000 shares? $20 is not trading. Investors are patiently waiting. You see, this company has value, PPMH may trade 2,000 shares for a penny - that is effectively ZERO. If you want to buy 100,000 shares of PPMH at 0.01 it won't happen. Shorts wish they could but they can't. Just like today, the share price soared 250% on 700 shares. Effectively zero trades.

Patiently waiting.

Now it is just a penny on 2,000 shares traded. The dramatic and sudden drop in both price and volume should not be a surprise to anyone. That is what SEC suspended stocks do when they resume trading on the gray market.

Very few people have any interest in buying a gray market stock that was suspended by the SEC for fraud.

Sure. This stock is dead. Stocks suspended by the SEC for fraud which are banished to the gray market don't come back to anywhere near their price levels at the time of the suspension, much less exceed them.

No one wants to buy shares of company under formal SEC investigation for fraud.

No, actually PPMH was suspended mostly for a technicality.

Sorry, but no. We hear the same BS in every SEC suspended stock. The SEC doesn't make mistakes, and doesn't suspend for "technicalities". They suspend for fraud, which the SEC already discovered prior to the suspension.

And the suspension is not the end, it is the end of the beginning. The SEC, and perhaps the DOJ as well, will now be conducting a formal investigation which can continue for up to 5 years.

Seriously? Those "resources" are bogus. Just conspiracy BS that is not factual in any way.

"Naked" shorting absolutely shows up in the FINRA numbers. This is where the naked shorting argument falls apart. The transfer agent knows, to the SECOND, how many common shares have been issued. They also know, to the SECOND, how many shares are owned (naked short shares have to be sold to someone, and those shares go to the transfer agent for transfer). So if there are any naked shares short, much less millions or hundreds of millions, the transfer agent knows it and reports it. The stock would show up on the Reg Sho list.

But PPMH is NOT on the Reg Sho list. There are no naked shorts. That claim is absolutely boloney.

Do you understand naked shorting of PPMH? It is shorting PPMH shares that haven't transactionally been borrowed yet. That is not the same as traditional shorting of PPMH, which is a small 10k shares or so.

The problem with a naked short on PPMH - There are not enough shares in regular circulation to cover. THAT is a real problem - and now opening on the Grey market means not as much visibility to find even those shares. So in a case like that, opening on the Grey market can cause the price to rise as naked shorters try to buy up everything they can. Why, you might ask?

PPMH is finished. It will reopen on the gray market with no bid or offer, so trading will be wild, scattered, and light. All orders will have to be matched, so a current holder might get lucky at a higher price for a small number of shares, but you can expect the price to drop by at least 50% fairly quickly.

Covering will be effortless, it will lose a minimum of 50% instantly, likely, more...shorts aren't part of the equation at all anyway, but, banishment to the grey market is never pretty. Sub penny within 5 trading days wouldn't surprise me...
