They also has 129M shares converted from preferred to common... nice massive dilution with OS over 129M now compared to 221K at beginning of the year.

With ALPS sitting on the offer, besides 10K, this is definitely going nowhere..................

Just noticed the 10-K was filed couple weeks ago... apparently nobody cares, since the jokers lost 12M for 2025. LOL

Sounds about right... thats usually the move to kill any existing shareholders. Max it out, then massive RS and dilute more so only a few select people have the overwhelming control and value and screw any previous shareholders.
