Their website is gone so something happened. The film division website said they cancelled the deal due to a breach of contract and they took back the Trillium name and it looks like other stuff as well. So what's in this company now?

The bottom line for me has been and always will be earnings and profit reported in their financial statements each quarter and how it affects the share price.

So, only just under $8,000 produced in 3 months. Read about the businesses that comprise NRGT on pages 8 and 9 under "C. Describe the issuers’ principal products or services." Take special note of #4 which is the latest acquisition described as " a prestigious,
family-led construction company with over 60 years of proven experience in Colombia and the United States."

Is that where the nearly $8,000 in revenue came from? $8,000!?

Morales, or whatever he calls himself these days, was granted 250M shares of Preferred A stock which converts to 3,750,000,000 common. At a penny a share, that's $37,500,000.

Remedios, Antioquia — September 22, 2025 Energy Today Corp. (OTC: $NRGT) today highlighted the strategic and financial importance of its producing asset, Mina La Palmichala, located in Remedios, Antioquia. Unlike exploration-stage projects, La Palmichala is an operating gold-producing mine that generates cash flow and significantly reduces many of the execution and discovery risks that typically weigh on junior mining companies.

Last quarter, they reported $32,195 in revenue. It wasn't stated where the revenue came from but let's assume that it was from gold sales. They closed on the mine in February so they would have had an entire 3 months (April through June) in which to mine. Using $3300/oz, that means they mined less than 10 ounces.

Interesting that the financial report shows the assets of the Morales construction company on it's balance sheet but no revenue, unless it's the $24,533 figure, which isn't much. And the acquisition was announced on July 9, which makes it after the quarter ended on June 30 date. Am I missing something here?
