This guy needs to pick a name and stay with it. It's changed numerous times and this is his latest.

He signs the 10-Q as Carlos Morales.
OTC Markets has the CEO's name as Carlos Andres Mora Morales.
Revenue $32,195 for June 30.
Revenue $40,000 for Sept 30.
So, only just under $8,000 produced in 3 months. Read about the businesses that comprise NRGT on pages 8 and 9 under "C. Describe the issuers’ principal products or services." Take special note of #4 which is the latest acquisition described as " a prestigious,
family-led construction company with over 60 years of proven experience in Colombia and the United States."
Is that where the nearly $8,000 in revenue came from? $8,000!?
Morales, or whatever he calls himself these days, was granted 250M shares of Preferred A stock which converts to 3,750,000,000 common. At a penny a share, that's $37,500,000.
You just have to laugh at the absurdity.

Both interesting that Mora/Kate are pumping the hell out of NRGT and doing it by misleading with their choice of metrics.
Energy Today OTCID: $NRGT has demonstrated remarkable potential, skyrocketing by 1566.67%! With a robust trading volume of 2,124,402, this stock represents a fantastic buying opportunity that you won't want to miss.
"Skyrocketing" from the absolute bottom at $.0003 a week ago on huge volume of 3,654,049. Btw, that's not good. Together with the above volume quoted, the total is greater than the number of shares registered at the DTC.

Trillium One Entertainment, the entertainment division of Energy Today (NASDAQ: NRGT), is pleased to announce that it has acquired the option to produce “Ana”.
How much did that cost? 🤑
The film will be produced and filmed on location in Medellín, Colombia, with producers Warren Wayne and Frank Caruso leading the project
That is, if the option is awarded. Does anyone have an idea how much it costs to produce a film? 🤔

(OTC: $NRGT) today highlighted the strategic and financial importance of its producing asset, Mina La Palmichala, located in Remedios, Antioquia. Unlike exploration-stage projects, La Palmichala is an operating gold-producing mine that generates cash flow and significantly reduces many of the execution and discovery risks that typically weigh on junior mining companies.
Last quarter, they reported $32,195 in revenue. It wasn't stated where the revenue came from but let's assume that it was from gold sales. They closed on the mine in February so they would have had an entire 3 months (April through June) in which to mine. Using $3300/oz, that means they mined less than 10 ounces.

Interesting that the financial report shows the assets of the Morales construction company on it's balance sheet but no revenue, unless it's the $24,533 figure, which isn't much. And the acquisition was announced on July 9, which makes it after the quarter ended on June 30 date. Am I missing something here?

led construction company with over 60 years of proven experience in Colombia and the United States
And their cash position is just $25. Hard to imagine operating a company with so little cash on hand.
