Here is a screen shot from my TD Ameritrade account. I don't know or have any idea why CV was removed. There is no volume. But it was there the last time I looked. It and HGLC were the same. Strange after all these years. Web site seems to be active.

I think this was used during the campaign of the Walters to raise money & stopped after. Now it is totally dead!!!

You missed the point of my post. I was looking at David Walters activity of August 20, 2021 wherein he is still involved. He has made money off his preferred shares all these years. I talked to him years ago where he suggested I look at owning preferred shares. I have no inside information on what will happen, but I think we will see some kind of activity. David and Mimi Walters sold all their share options and have paid themselves through their preferred shares. I recall the required filings of Mimi Walters showed considerable value in their MSFT holdings. We will know more come Wednesday!

I don't think management wants to give up their preferred shares. That's how they paid themselves all these years. IMO they have no common shares, just preferred. My guess is that there will be some kind of play before they are delisted.
