Have any of you ever pressed Benny for answers on MRPI? It's obvious if you invested in MRPI you have been completely wiped out.

Yea there was some problem with MRPI getting current from the past never knew why then he got fare and was supposed to do dividend shares for MRPI shareholders then never heard anything

It looks like MRPI didn’t keep up with its quarterly reports as required by the OTC Markets way before Benny Doro came into MRPI
BB i know you have been around for a long time and we both have been and are in some of the same stocks but i may not know the whole story here on MRPI.
Financial reports have been an issue for a lot of acquisitions of public stock mergers.
It happened with Genesis when FDCT tried to buy Genesis, and again when SMCE tried to buy Genesis. Genesis did not provide completed audited financials.
SMCE which we both own and that became Fyniti.
SMCE stated 2 years ago it merged with Genesis but SMCE on 2-21-2023 had to terminate the purchase/merger and just prior to that SMC Genesis posted news on 8/23/2022 revenues of $10.7 million and profit of $2.2 million.

It looks like Benny needed to merge a company with a publicly traded company that was current with OTC Markets and merged with GSPT

Where are the MRPI quarterly reports for years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020? Mera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. MRPI should have been able to provide them before Benny Doro came along.
As far as MRPI The company has not provided financial reports or other disclosures to OTC Markets Group.
This is why MRPI orders get rejected.

As of your last post, GSPT was .01 and has moved up. GSPT shares have been getting slowly bought up driving the ASK up.
Who is buying up GSPT i have no idea because only two of us post on the GSPT board here on investorshub.
