Does anyone have an idea why this trades? I have scoured their documents trying to see if they ever owned part of UC resources. That company became voyager digital and is worth big bucks at the moment. I can’t see any info but the two companies where definitely connected.

It’s strange that’s for sure. On the other hand it’s eight trades total $3500 worth of paper trading hands.

There are buyers on this thing for legit reasons? Or are the bots just kicking in because it triggered some algo somewhere?

I mean it gapped up to over .05 today...it's kind of trading like a legit stock again. Someone please explain.

No idea. But it seems like if it gets over 3 cents it might take off. Perhaps its just fueled by traders that like to bottom fish penny stocks? Perhaps the "shell" of SVLT will be repurposed for some other enterprise per someone's post below. Perhaps it's just... I dunno, that's all I got.

In a big way, Robert Murray is very much responsible to the investors as much as con Mike and Nelson is. Robert was promoting the company in good times and making delusional promises with his graphene batteries etc. Then, he left all of a sudden leaving all the investors in the dark. He should have brought the fraud to everyone's attention and keep Mike and whoever pumped and took investors' money, accountable for their action. But he decided to take the easy way out, and leave investors in the dark.

He got fooled by the shark's ones, I guess he did not learn his lesson. Mike from SVLT disposed of him like a doll. Mike and Nelson are the top con artists and are good at defrauding people with their nice and charming BS.
Robert left svlt, because he saw that Mike is a con. I have no idea what is he doing now, but I hope he does not step on the same mistake again. Too many people got screwed by Mike Matvieshen and Steve Nelson in SVLT. I do not know why and how they are not in jail. But this is the OTC market for you, you can pump and dump this all day long, with zero consequences.

He has been making big claims about his products on youtube and doing interesting demonstrations.

Recently he announced that he is merging with Eestor Corp, a scammy electric company from USA that is always on the edge of something big

They are paying him $2Million in stock to merge, I don't think he has any patents or product sales beside mugs and graphite ink

Looks like he is trying a new one started with american paramount gold corp turning into IRCC and from there a new entity Indigenous Bloom that he is trying to get investors to sink $ into with ideas of a huge IPO/hundreds of million $ valuations.

Stocks he pumped to his subscribers so he can make a profit were: HCTI, SVLT, ALLM, GRSU, among many others that initially saw a spike where he sold and then went to zero. How he gets away with this and management of these company it's unclear to me, but sure hope he will one day pay for this.

RM short for Reverse Merger. Look up what that is and read about it. Reverse Mergers produce amazing plays. CYPE, GNIN, RARS, LRDR, WSML, MGON to name a few. Look at those charts. WSML company has been officially merged in. The others haven’t completed yet.

As for legal responsibility to the shareholders....this is the OTC. The scum at the bottom of the markets. Anything can and does happen down here....all sorts of schemes to F over traders and shareholders. “Companies” get away with all sorts of shady shit all the time. Always be wary of that down here in the OTC.

And yeah, this company is definitely dead. Nothing going on, nothing going to be going on.

From what I can tell, it will eventually be classified as a shell and depending on how clean the shell is (i.e. how much debt it has, the share structure) it could be used by somebody for a reverse merger.

If it wasn't for Steve Nelson from Break Point Trades, salt would have probably never reached the hope it did, but he has a big audience and at one time his followers held (poor people) more than 10mil shares in svlt, and listened to this idiot while he said all will be great, that he does not care if the stock goes to 0 since there are so much value in Edison. You agree he is unscrupulous - I like it!! I kind of agree with you - having scruples isn't needed to succeed - unfortunately Matvieshen not only lacks moral fibre and a sense of right and wrong he is also an idiot. Actually, that's not right - but he certainly lacks the ability to do the hard work needed to make a project work. Just look at his history

battery - unfinished

solar projects - unfinished

the list just goes on and on. I am sure there will always be reasons for them not being finished but the truth is they will never be finished as Matvieshen jumps from one shiny project idea to the next. So what is he good at? Well, two things - spinning a good story and working out what is the next big thing. He only does that to raise enough money to keep himself king of the hill and that is what he is trying to do now. He has raised more than enough money to succeed in one thing if he stuck at it - but he never does. I am fascinated to see what he comes up with next.
Matvieshen has no people around him - only cronies - real people soon leave when they find out what he is like - look at Alexis and NRG - Matvieshen tried to swindle him out of the comapany so he left and now there is nothing in that company, he did the same to RMS and he dumped him like a hot grenade - so who are these mysterious people around him you heard all this from? There's only 3 left in Sunvault and they are not exactly a dream team are they? In fact why is Matvieshen calling the shots in Sunvault? He's not even part of that company.
One final thing - I loved the way you put your post - not offering advice, just telling what you had heard - this is the kind of language i would expect from a broker - I am now pretty sure you are Steve Nelson from Breakpoint trades

I do not intend to get in a pissing match with you or anyone, just posting what I have found out. Many other Company's have unscrupulous leaders but have had success. I am fully aware of the risks here and could lose my investment, but the potential is attractive. I have talked with many people around him and have my hopes, I am NOT telling anyone else to get involved just sharing what I have heard.

They don't own the land - it's indian reservation land - the can't sell it - they couldn't even sell the top soil and that was a plan for 2 years - exchange for 46 cents - when edison shares are 0,001 cent each - in what dream world do you think that will happen

Edison is in default -= they are a nevada company look them up - sunvault STILL has a cease trade and they are in default - look them up!! Tycor USP is a rip off of tycor and Edison power is a rip off of Edison - so it is a rip off company dealing with another rip off company to organise a rip off - you must know this - and you are part of this!!

I am still holding as we have had conversations with all and it is very frustrating to see the slow progress. However I still have hope that this will work out eventually. They were very optimistic on the timeline. The land should be sold soon to give them the cash to complete the white paper and listing. They still plan on the exchange at .46

I think if you look at the history of this company and share prices, it's false hope to hold on to anything. I see it as better to just write it off and take anything moving in your favor as a pleasant surprise.

From a legal standpoint does anyone know if what they did was actually legal? Sunvault created Edison and then when the shareprice dropped they were going to have Edison buy out Sunvault. I'm just curious for general reference moving forward and haven't had much luck finding anything on the topic.

Yes everyone should do so, while at it, complains should be filed against idiot Steve Nelson and his stupid website breakpointrades.com, i know few investors who directly invested because of his lies, have many emails from them as well where he constantly lies and tell them that company is in great position and should be bought while the idiot was probably selling and defrauding his followers.
