Thomas C Hemingway new consultant of MOCI … President and CEO at Redwood investment group , let’s see what he can do here , the majority of his 28 year career has been related to Nasdaq publicly traded companies, market creation, mergers, and acquisitions and funding. Looks like he has great connections, and experience in the energy area…I believe patience will pay off big here.

In the court doc link look under “disposition events” …it looks like the last entry was about debt owed , they must feel certain merge is going thru since a huge block of shares were transferred over to restricted shares. If or when it does imo it’ll go straight into dollars.

I believe a lawsuit was going on and was just dismissed…a motion to terminate the custodianship has to happen to own it , waiting to see what’s next. I thought this was a lot further ahead buying into it but things should move forward now .
