At this point, it is clear that money and energy has been expended to start the new company off on a clear,clean slate. SS is well- defined and very reasonable.
As a holding company it is free to explore many avenues for income generation. I would like to know more about the structure and terms of any new debt, and that should be forthcoming.
I do not know what accounting standard will be used, but again, this should be be spelled out very soon. Transparency is taken seriously here so far.

This could get cooking very soon so keep eyes and ears open for evidence of traction at any moment. It is likely they have companies at the ready, cleared for formal commencement of business activity as soon as all requisite details are approved and publicly recorded .

Looks from new C.H. docs that someone is clearing up all remaining legal entanglements left behind from the old Datasource days when Robert Stephenson was running things.

Any assets left behind from the days he ran the show are being sold off to satisfy his creditors. And his creditors are going to be stiffed to the tune of nearly 200000 pounds sterling .

This will clean the slate for new investors. It's very, very good for present shareholders. Had to happen.

According to Companies House, 2 new documents will be coming to light within ten days.
The activity is related to liquidation of assets( probably older items no longer deemed useful for the incoming new admin.. This is exciting and it points to preparation and laying of groundwork for efficient operations. Love it!!

I may drop some more cash here before long just to make the most of the coming opportunity...but I always have to keep in mind the cost of other opportunities I pass up by maintaining this position ... MY problem.

BTW ...I don't know your trading experience, but I want to pass along that If you put in a sell order...even a ridiculous one, any shares that are part of that order are not available for market makers to loan out to shorters. I think this is true for OTC and big board stocks.

There is a very recent OTC Management Certification up on otcmarkets dated 2.23.26

It clarifies this not a shell. There are five beneficial owners holding around 180M shares. There are 202.4M outstanding shares, so float is very, very reasonable.

I've noticed that the otcmarkets website has been undergoing some software/coding revisions lately. This could be the issue. Further if anyone from the Marelius team mis- identified the company as a shell in any of the recent paperwork submitted for the new company..which it is now ...that's all it would take. My guess is that the error will be corrected. The company is not a shell, of course .

It's indicated on the otcmarkets.com summary of the company. The information regarding employee count had a very recent date on it.

20 employees as of January 7! It's been awhile since anything like this has been reported for the company. Many key components appear to be in place, such as counsel, consultant, accountants, independent director...., etc

Starting to look like the very foundation of a new and very real company. I'm very curious now.

Website down. sounds bad, but could be in process of rebuilding it. They do have projects in the works, apparently, but details are not easy to ascertain.

Half a year has passed with very little to show. Though content to sit quietly, again, I may divest soon.
Whomever are among the few shareholders, it would be prudent to inform us what has been achieved thus far and what the plans are going forward. For a startup, transparency is very important yet seems to be getting shoved into the back seat just a the previous administration did.
Let's go Marelius. Tell us how you plan to create value.

Thanks THV, I have been doing some research on the company, not much to go on. Biopharma is not my gig. I looked through the latest disclosure and found that they have eliminated most if not all of the Accumulated Deficit? Not much to find on Sean Lloyd. OTC profiles all up to date, wonder if they change name. Hope news soon.

Well, you gotta love the spin the CEO out on the pr.

Argentum "acquires" whatever Biopharma instead of whatever Biopharma buys out Argentum. ...which would likely be much closer to actual reality.

I'm leaving my humble position alone for the time being to see if the incoming company creates any real value. That is, among other things, one of the aspects in play here. who knows. I wish them only the best of luck
