I was in this in 2007/2008. These guys were from NY and had an office in Orlando at the time. They were using this shell to fund there home building company until the arse fell out of the market in 2008 and this went BK. They then did a hole BIG PR saying they have partnered with some Dutch company to build waste to energy plants in Holland. The was another pump n dump. There were 2 partners ones dead the other lives in Naples non his water front property funded by the broke backs of I-PIG investors.

15 years ago, Peter Toscano and his partner filled our minds with a bunch of information that probably should have been investigated by the SEC. I believed everything they said and unfortunately gave a bunch of other people the same info. Most of us lost everything we invested.

For a while, I thought they just failed but after the same thing happened to a gold company they started, I feel they took advantage of all of us, and they ended up as the only winners. I think they ran bogus companies and scammed us out of our money.

Not a fan of Biden - AT ALL, but first of all, Delaware has been the preferred choice of publicly traded corporations for a VERY LONG TIME because of the established corporate law, as it relates to limited liability and treatment of publicly traded entities. Second of all, it's a State law. Biden was, and has always been, in the Federal government. Once they're in the Feds, they have little concern for State law because the big dollars are at the Fed level, so if there's an incentive for "wrondgoing," it's there - not in little ole DE.

"Wrongdoing" is an absolutely ridiculous statement to make. Otherwise, just about every publicly traded entity is involved in wrongdoing.

The IPWG people were dirtbags and it doesn't matter what State they did, or did not, incorporate in. They actually incorporated IN Delaware, but were authorized to do business in FL. They're lowlifes. They could have incorporated in FL, NV, wherever, it wouldn't matter. They're slugs. Good riddance to them.

Someone said this is dead. But it's not. Worthless yes, but not dead. I was told by a rep at Fidelity that if it were dead we could just get rid of it from my account. Instead, because the jackwad principals made a $100 trade to the tune of millions of shares in late '21 the fiduciaries have to treat it like it's real. And cannot simply erase it. I recall as this scam was winding down they moved the business to Delaware from Florida. Delaware might have above board benefits for some companies but I would guess it's a great place to hideout. I have 11,200,000 shares sitting.

I have 390,000 shares of IPIG pink sheet from over a decade ago supposedly worth $0.39. Can't sell it in my retail account. Their web app won't allow 5 zeroes after the decimal and less zeroes is too far away from the last trade price. And the rep can't do it either because of recent trade volume to the tune of 11,000,000. AKA $100 bucks or so. I'm assuming the volume is the principals screwing around to keep it technically alive? So they can keep claiming expenses for all the business meetings activity (lunch at Subway, coffee at Starbucks, a copy at Kinkos, etc..). I would like to get rid of it so I can get a clean chart of my retail account and not perpetually showing a $3000 loss.

Agreed, but a little more pain when you are talking to the 2 bigwigs of the company face to face and they flat out lie to you when you are sitting 3 ft away from them. And I had several meetings with them.

That's about 95% of the OTC, unfortunately. Been there as well!

Believe me, I already owned millions of shares. So glad I was able to finally unload them a few months ago. My experience with IPWG was the worst in my life and wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy...

LOL I never said it had anything to do with this ticker. You doubted that dead shells get used for reverse merger candidates. I supplied you info that it happens. Read the News section and you'll see several they're working on.

The post about buying into this wasn't meant to be super serious or investment advice. But at .00000000001 or whatever this trash is at you could literally own millions of shares for pennies, if it's even trading. I've got pennies in a drawer somewhere I wouldn't miss. :)

And by the way, I looked at that website and don't see anything about IPWG on it. What do they have to do with IPWG? Again, are you just hoping and wishing? Not a good investment strategy, IMO

Good luck! I bought IPWG over 10 years ago and got majorily screwed by this pos company. I spoke with the 2 main principals of the company, face to face several times, and they told bald faced lies that never came true every single time. I guess I don't understand why anyone would want to "wait and hope" for something good to happen with this fraud of a company when there are so many other good investment opportunities out there. But, good luck with your lottery ticket. You have as much of a chance of anything good happening here. IMO

Check out SSA Monopoly Corp on Twitter. They specialize in just that. The dead company isn't seeking out the RM. SSA takes custodianship through courts, then cleans up the shell/financials to match up with companies seeking to be listed.

It happens all the time for reverse mergers. Not saying it would happen to this whatsoever, but it's about the only thing that would create any value here.
