I have not found any American brokers that still allow CE purchasing. I see a lot of people asking around. One of my brokerages allows it, but it’s only for Canadian residents. If I find an American one I will let you know.

I'm afraid of going into Crytos when the New Quantum Finincial System is officially rolled out replacing the Federal Reserve and Central bankers. That could happen any day! What will that do to Crytos is my thought?

All we can do is wait for financials and removal of Caveat Emptor. Does anyone know of brokers that still allow purchasing CE stocks?

OTC stocks are only a small part of my portfolio these days. Crypto and Stock Warrants are my bread and butter.

I mistakenly I thought I'd be able to buy the dip/crash through E-trade. They've been less restrictive in the past. I'm not happy, but it's the risk you take with OTC trading. I'm actually pretty green overall for 2021 so I can't complain.

I was not so confident. Notice my last post was on the 14th; that is because I got out about then especially when I saw the MM put that blocking wall of shares to keep it from going!

I'll keep a close eye on them for a future buy maybe

I did some research on E-trade - as best I can tell they actually stopped allowing buying of CE back in 2020. Not exactly sure when that took effect.

So it looks like many brokers are allowing closing (selling) of positions only on Caveat Emptor designated OTC stocks, but I don't think there will be many who are able to buy...

Maybe you are right . I do believe you . Very much likely that it would remove CE and enter reporting venue.

I had hopes they might file and get CE removed before today. There are many OTC stocks in this boat today. Looks like I am on the sidelines for adding ALMY until they get the CE designation removed.

I knew TDA was going to restrict buy orders on CE stocks as of today, but even E-trade won't let me place a buy order for ALMY. I would think about trying to catch some cheapies, but I can't place buy orders with either of my brokers now. I'm curious if other brokers have done the same.

The last communication I got from E-Trade is about changes coming on September 28, 2021:

New rules will affect your ability to buy and sell “Pink No Information” securities, including at E*TRADE

Fridays have been good for ALMY Last week on Friday up 42% and the Friday before that 259%!!! While the rest of the market shows red on Friday ALMY tends to be the Golden ticket on Fridays

At the closing bell: Bid 291,878 @ .028 and 73,200 on the Ask @ .04 almost 1/2 of today's volume was bought at the Ask of .04 and only 1,500 shares given up on the Bid!!!

You would think that bidders would finally realize that they are not going to get their 300K shares at .028 and would get what they can at .04 before it goes to .80!!! You want 300,000 shares and there is only 73,000 on the Ask and only 1,500 shares were given up today at the bid price??? What are these people smoking??? I want some of that!!!

I know, 2026 I could be dead by then! I think most of the time they pull that stuff out of their ass.

They are the only types with that many shares who would but that amount up as soon as L2 looks clear for take-off. Really wish the SEC would get more involved at stopping these sorry ass criminals!

Not sure what to make about the 1.3 mil on the Ask at .04; Hard to believe retail could be that stupid as to put that many shares out there to sell just as ALMY is looking more bullish than ever and nobody selling below .03 other than the 1,000 shares that went at .028 today. So I have to wonder, MMs trying to shake cheap shares from weak hands? Has not worked so far

Good to see that Bid finally come up to .035 and the Ask to .04 with that 50K purchase of the .035s I think this thing is close to taking off this week maybe even today depending on how that .04 Ask goes!

Well EESO is CE and was up 400% today, but I’m not touching that one.

I would be curious to know how many other skull and bones stocks out there are up 42.86% on a Friday afternoon with over 200,000 bidding at .027 and another 200,000 bidding at .0026 on this share structure; with the news that has been put out on their corporate website with the acquistions and strategic alliances?? How many nano-tech stocks with this share structure just waiting for the attorneys and CPA to get the paperwork finished before we are current???

Once we clear the current congestion band that we have been going thru for the past 4 days (.026 - .04 range), I think she will fly and we'll see high volume days! I think we are almost there. Looks like we had one more seller show up with that last Ask of 300K at .035 that most of was bought yesterday. From the looks of L2, .06 was behind that numb skull who will be kinking himself after he sees his shares clear and the stock gaps up and takes off!

I mainly asked them about the progress of the filings, it sounds like they are coming along, they said they’re at the mercy of the attorneys/auditors. They are very mindful of the TD May date and their goal is to keep all parties fluid in trading. So overall it sounds like they are making good progress and hopefully we will see some substantial changes real soon.

Anything info wise that you can supply?

The company is surprisingly responsive if you send them a message. Always a good sign.

Nice share structure. My best guess it that ALMY files financials within the next 3-6 months, and Caveat Emptor is removed shortly thereafter.

Deaf and Dumb only shows up when this stock makes a significant move North. What does that tell you? Renee is new on this board and it must have hit her scanner this weekend as it did a lot of people's scanners; She is doing all she can do to try to get cheap shares tomorrow

TDAmeritrade puts restrictions on a lot of stocks; that is why more and more people are moving away from them! Everybody here knows how fickle TDA is and it will not impact this stock in the least bit!!!
