Indie Ranch Media (the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: INDR) President Ross LaTerra today issued the following letter to Indie Ranch Media Inc. shareholders and interested members of the investment community.

Dear Shareholders,

As the newly appointed president for Indie Ranch Media Inc. ("INDR"), an incubator dedicated to developing, supporting and launching Internet-based media ventures and technologies, I would like to share my thoughts, and express my confidence following my first two months of interacting with our Board of Directors and management team.

The digital media age has grown at such a rapid pace and the time is ripe for new, fresh ideas that can be developed into revenue producing companies that are not only entertaining but vital resources to the communities that use them. A philosophy of blending traditional business approaches with new strategies and ideas will allow us to build and maintain internet-based ventures that will appeal to today's digital marketplace.

Our acquisition of Web Commerce International Inc. is the cornerstone of our vision. With this acquisition comes several interesting and exciting prospects: OffCampus4Rent.com, (www.offcampus4rent.com) an on-line listing service specifically developed to target college age students seeking everything from off-campus housing to used textbooks; our entry into the Music and Video Production industry, through Omni Entertainment Group, Inc. (www.omniegi.com); as well as our expansion into the Internet Broadcasting industry through NetMix Broadcasting Network Inc. (www.netmix.fm). With each of these ventures comes exciting possibilities for steady revenue streams with rapid rates of growth.

The addition of Omni Entertainment and NetMix are especially appealing to me, given my background of nearly 20 years in the entertainment industry. My early experiences were spinning records as a DJ in Brooklyn, NY. The experience and confidence gained working before a live crowd led to my pursuits in theatre and film. My professional background includes positions held as Director of Casting, Producer, Director, Treasurer and President of various Independent Entertainment companies, as well as President & CEO of ONCOR Entertainment, Inc., a private company providing music, film and video editing, production and consulting services to independent artists since 2001. Presently, ONCOR's focus is on the production and promotion of concerts and live events, as well as providing consulting & marketing services to small businesses and charitable organizations in the New Jersey area. My employment history has presented me with the opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest names in Hollywood today.
