The CEO has one month left of his summer vacation. He will probably give the usual "back in the saddle" speech. Why was he out of the saddle. I haven't ever been able to get a sensible answer out of him.

The CEO has a fake listing for his house. He's pretending to try and sell the house to pay off his loans. Why list as "for sale by owner" while camped out in Pennsylvania? Why not hire a real estate agent? Why isn't the listing price reasonable? The listing isn't sincere.

He never should've bought that house. He owed too much money to splurge on a house. He should've invested in HIS business and paid back his loans. He became too comfortable sponging off generous investors. The well has dried up!

I begged the CEO to hire another person that I could work with. How do you go around the only employee of the company? It has been mission impossible dealing with this CEO. I reached to other investors to try and get them to help. The other investors I know don't trust him. The key investors I know want nothing to do with him. They will NEVER fund him again..

The CEO can't be trusted. He never disclosed his SEC issue to me or to other investors.

I spent years begging this fool to order phones or any product. I have caught him in multiple lies to me and other investors. I have caught him misusing funds for personal use that were supposed to be used to move the company forward. I can attest to the fact that he is one of the most deceitful in the business. I have nine years of experience to prove it.

The financials are an absolute joke!

$772,331.00 in Account Receivables that probably are dated and can't be collected.
$600,00.00 in Goodwill. If anything, this guy has negative goodwill. Nobody trusts him!

He still owes the SEC money from his last scam.

My emails demanding answers and cooperation go unanswered. I begged him for over three years to file a 15c2-11. He is in this mess because he fought me at every single step. He can't be saved!

The CEO is camped out at his lake house for the summer. Don't worry he gets just as much done in Erie as he does in Sarasota. It doesn't matter where he's at! He gets nothing done in Sarasota and he gets nothing done in Erie. Please wish the CEO a great summer by the lake.

I warned him about going to the lake house. I told him inventory or lake house. He made his choice.

This is what he gets for nine years of thievery and lies. I assure you that I tried everything to get him to cooperate. Nothing works with this guy! My stock is just expensive wallpaper.

IDIG is the perfect symbol for the company. Every claim from the CEO just digs him into a deeper hole. I have challenged him on every front and he still wants to keep digging. The hole is so deep that he can't get out.

Do you have any inventory?
Why can't you get funding? Lying to your investors doesn't help! Not responding to your investors is unacceptable!

The CEO needs to go and he take take his bogus numbers with him.

I have chased this CEO for over nine years on various deals. Every single deal involving him has been a dung show. The level of dishonesty is off the charts. The company has zero chance with this CEO.

I want the current CEO out along with his bogus numbers.

I know the game. The ability to deposit an OTC stock that needs a 15c2-11 is next to impossible. I can say for a fact that the current status has cost the CEO funding.

Try and get a straight answer out of the CEO.

What is the company selling?
When was the last time the company sold something?
When can we expect even a single dollar in sales?
What has the CEO accomplished in the last three years?


The track record of this CEO over the last fourteen years is horrific. Trying to get him to do anything is like wrestling Jello-O. Prove me wrong!

Just got to know where to go.

Very few brokers will touch OTC stocks that don't have this issue. Try and deposit this stock with this issue.

It still has several market makers though. Never really got the whole 15c2-11 if MM still quoting
