Should be back to shell pretty soon. They didn't even bother to file "notification of late filing" which I take to mean that they aren't going to file anything.
That pump was not even half-hearted, it was just weak. Spent some money to get current, about 3 dollars on websites, old information about some smart city BS, and it all went nowhere.

Does anyone know if shell risk status has been totally removed from ICTY?

There is definitely nothing going on. Nobody cares. Dozens, if not hundreds of subpennies doing the same thing. City of Eyes is worthless as an entity and as a trade of any sort. Company people could learn a thing or two from Steve Reinharz.

I have to somewhat agree with Chainmail and say this would have sold off billions of shares by now at .0001 if there wasn't something going on. 

Seems to me that it's either not a real company or is the stupidest company in the world.
Half hearted pump a few months ago that didn't do much. I'm surprised it's holding above .0001.

What you call good news about the other stock is good news for the company and the penny stock SCAMMY CEO.

I don't care about good news for the company or the CEO when the SCAMMY penny stock CEO runs the company into the ground while making millions off the shareholders.

You don't seem to care about your investment or loyal shareholders, weird to me.

The City of Eyes may be a SCAM also but at least the CEO has not taken 5 million dollars in compensation each year while the company doesn't make a penny.

No matter what the stocks do, the difference between us is that you are disingenuous. You shamelessly bump this stock while overwhelmingly bash another stock..... You make excuses for ICTY for YEARS with no movement, but go to other boards to dump on stocks regardless of whether the news is good or bad.

You can't be honest about the bad news of ICTY just like you can't be honest on the good news of other companies 🤷

I agree Zen, this has been a bust so far BUT at least there has been no DILUTION like the City of AI you are in.
