I feel the same way; if they really follow through on what they say and get it done, I’d venture to say the price could even hold slightly above that level. After the speculative drop of 15–25%, it might fluctuate between 45 and 50 cents—provided, of course, that they can show a profit. However, passing the audit and changing the ticker symbol are the things that could really catapult this company again. To claim otherwise without those factors in play would be dishonest, but I fully agree with you that it’s possible. The downside is that it’s out of our hands, and we also lack transparency regarding their commercial and accounting operations.

DRYWORLD Submits Financials for PCAOB Audit, Marking Key Step in S-1 Registration Process

SANTA BARBARA, May 5, 2026 – DRYWORLD Brands Inc. (OTC: IBGR) (the ‘Company’), the global high-performance athletic brand, today announced that it has engaged GreenGrowth CPAs, a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) registered auditing firm, to audit the Company’s financial statements.

DRYWORLD also confirmed that it has submitted its financial statements for the past two fiscal years, the fiscal years ended December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024, to GreenGrowth CPAs to commence the audit process.

The audit is being conducted in connection with the Company’s ongoing efforts to enhance financial transparency and support its Form S-1 registration process.

Completion of the audit remains subject to the auditor’s standard procedures, and there can be no assurance as to timing or outcome.

10Q came out a few days ago. It sucks. But that's nothing new. Same old story: $12K in revenue and $205K in mystery 'consulting' fees. Also noteworthy is that there is no auditor or accountant declared on the report. Shocking, I know.

Over the past few years, the company only stated that they were persuing audited financials to become SEC reporting in Corporate update. It was presumed that it was their intention, but no more than that. They then put out a PR that they hired a company (Fruci) to perform said audit (which was a fact). Apparently Fruci was not up to the complete task of dealing with the SEC application process, but it was not a complete waste of time because we did get the finances for the past 2 years ready for audit. Now we have a PR stating that we have the financials needed for the SEC application and they are being reviewed by a firm (GreenGrowth) which is a PCOAB registered CPA specializing in facilitating companies in getting SEC approval of S-1 Applications. It is happening, we are literally just waiting on the process to play out.

The application will be accepted or the SEC will ask for more information 30 days after submission. The audit if started the day of the PR, will take 2-6 weeks to submit to the SEC. After 5 years we are at the approx. 2 month mark in my opinion.

You have said the audit will never happen. Just because it hasn't yet doesn't make it truth. You dont even say your opinion. You state things as facts and unless you are an insider, its an opinion. I still believe the audit will get done, but thats an opinion as well. Imo
