Swiss cement-maker LafargeHolcim Ltd. (LHN.EB) has agreed to acquire precast-concrete producer Somaco, the company said Monday.

LafargeHolcim will buy the Romanian company from investor Oresa, it said, but didn't disclose the financial terms of the agreement.

The deal is expected to close in 4Q this year and is subject to regulatory approvals, LafargeHolcim said.
