Neither reading comprehension nor critical thinking are skills that GTVH bagholders possess.
"planned at the moment" and "near future" are the keys there. Define "moment" and "near future". If a reverse split were to happen in 1 week, both of those terms could be true. They could also be true in a month or a year. Intentionally vague, because going from under 2 BILLION OS to 20 BILLION OS (very soon according to the CEO) in less than a year is a joke. RS has to happen and I think the language they use in that tweet supports that.
Past that, I'd like to know their definition of "traditional financing" and what makes them worthy of that. They have no revenue and no assets. Their prospects are a FOR PROFIT veterans housing development? One, profiting off the backs of veterans is shady as hell. Two, how much money is in that for anybody? Three, a bank isn't just going to give you money out of the goodness of their hearts.
They have no track record (i.e. no credit score), a questionable business plan, and minimal (at best) expertise involved to get anything done. "Traditional financing" simply doesn't exist in this scenario. Interest will be through the roof and the only collateral they have to offer is the ever-so-valuable shares in the company which sure sounds familiar (with no revenue, no assets, and minimal prospects) and the development/land itself (if they get the "traditional financing" to purchase anything). Then the bank is just supposed to throw money at them to actually build the place?
Again, remedial economics and finance classes would go a long way (bagholders could probably benefit as well).
Currently over 19 BILLION OS with no revenue, no assets, and questionable prospects, but sure, .0001 is a gift.

There is a legal and procedural process to issue Public Market stock Dividends.

The key thing is that FINRA must approve/process the SNTX Dividends. The FINRA process takes time. And, this timeline also depends on the quality of Javier's FINRA paperwork submission.

In the SNTX's recent June 15,2026 Supplemental filing on the OTC Markets' website, it appears we are one step closer to the GTVH shareholders receiving the SNTX Dividends as the 400 million SNTX Dividend shares have just been transferred to the GTVH company. I can't imagine Javier doing this transfer unless FINRA has already approved the SNTX Dividend transaction.

So, we wait but we are getting closer to the Dividend distribution.

IMO.

How long does it take to give us our SNTX dividends? You would think this would be a fairly quick turnaround as everything is digital in this day and age, not like they have to reissue stock certificates by hand and mail them out. How hard is it to look at the shareholders on April 16, divide their shares by 30 and issue new SNTX to them? It has now been 2 months, Leal claims that SNTX has done all it needed to do and the deal is close, SNTX is reaping all the financial rewards from the 4 companies they acquired and yet not a single shareholder has gotten a single share. What a pathetic display of business acumen from management.

As per the SNTX's Markets' Disclosure dated June 15, 2026, it looks like the GTVH shareholders are one step closer to getting the SNTX Dividends owing.

As per the filing:

"SNTX will transfer the shares to GTVH immediately. GTVH will be responsible for working
with the Transfer Agent and FINRA to distribute to the individual shareholders as quickly as the
regulations allow".

Since the SNTX's 400 Million Dividend shares are required to be transferred to the GTVH "immediately" and since the SNTX/GTVH have the SAME transfer agent, FINRA's Approval/Processing of the SNTX Dividends' 6490 Corporate Action should happen within DAYS unless there are issues.

First,  Leal has disavowed any decision making activity for $GTVH. He has been very clear on that. So do not expect any ` vision` from him (Not that ever had any)!

Yes, this GTVH may be a "Dumpster Fire" for you. But for me, it will give me millions of SNTX's Dividend shares AND I get to keep my "Dumpster Fire" stock when it eventually goes back up.

Even if I get ZERO for the GTVH, that investment gave me my SNTX's Dividends priced less than $.01. So, the GTVH is not a complete loss for me and should not be deemed a complete loss for other GTVH shareholders.

Then, you factor in the future value of the SNTX's Dividends, the "Dumpster Fire" may not be as you say. You and I disagree on where the SNTX is going. I say UP and you say DOWN.

I don't know why you post here. You have great DD and educated input for SNTX, but you lose all credibility when you post here. This thing is a garbage can, a dumpster fire. If it turns around, which is very unlikely consider yourself lucky. Personally, I'd focus solely on the SNTX board. Of course thats just my opinion. I don't mean this in a negative way at all. You're my boy out east and want you to win.

You should be getting a sizeable and future valuable SNTX Dividend so in theory, the GTVH was compensated for those assets.

And, ALL of the GTVH assets that were brought over to the SNTX except for the PARTIALLY GTVH paid for DEEP SOUTH was given to the GTVH for FREE by Javier.

As I have said before, your SNTX Dividend will likely be worth more than your GTVH investment at some point in time.

And, the GTVH is NOT over by any stretch.

I see a lot of blind faith in here. For those who have been around a while and call this an OG play with a cult following are 100% accurate. There are a couple others that I'd call sister plays to this. Those are AITX, DPLS, OZSC. There are others but these are great examples. All had amazing runs, all inflated their AS, all said no RS, and all eventually did RS with DVPL being the last man standing so to speak. Make no mistake people, this will RS at some point. I cant say for a 100% certainty but I'll give it a 99.9%. When you look at the above examples, you'll see what happened post RS. To think the opposite will happen here is delusional.
