Are shares actually changing hands here?

I also invested heavily in GSLO. Please tell me how to help you sue Thomas G. Massey or Tyson Rhode. I just got off the phone with the SEC and they said the company hadn't registered with them since June of 2011. All phone numbers I've called to attempt to contact the company are out of order or the wrong number.

I've lost 4 grand and my parents lost $800. Please help. Thank You!

I totally agree with you! I invested quite a bit of money into this company with the same sentiment that you had. With the I-Phone becoming so popular; it seemed like a great idea for the Peel 520.
Now you can hardly find any information on Go Solar and there is now another company that is working on basically the same concept. I hope that the SEC gives a good response. I think the OTC companies need some regulation; like checking them out before they are even allowed to sell stocks.

Can't be any law suits cause it's a pinky and on the otb side of the board. Like the wild wild west on this side. We just got ambushed in a shot out that's all. The day they took this off the ten day suspension you could have dumped shares from .06-.09 which I did. Yes, I had to accept a great loss from my average of .21!! But if I had held this is what was going to happen. It was clearly stated when it was lifted of the suspension it was going to the grey sheets? Why hold your shares? It was clear there was no product at all. That was made clear by the sec. So I can't feel sorry for those who still hold out hope. Sometimes you have to move on and just accept what happened and learn. As long as the earth spins we will never hear from GSLO ever again. RIP you great scam.

Thanks for passing this information along. My questions is the SEC knows these investors have put out fraudulent claims before like with GSLO - Why do they allow these guys to establish additional companies like this with fraudlent products and have the ability to still solicit investors? They should be banned from doing so.

FYI - Both former Presidents and Chairman of GSLO, Thomas Massey and John David Brotherton, are both pushing a new company called ONYX.ob - same story as GSLO with claims of "Made in USA" solar products (made in China). Massey and Brotherton are working with ONYX's CEO, Malcolm Burleson, who you may recall was previously involved with supplying GSLO's sister company, EVSO (also suspended by the SEC the same time as GSLO), some solar panels in North Carolina. Their new venture is in Honduras claiming to have been "awarded" an $84 million dollar solar plant - one that magically will be funded by unknown sources, and magically transmit electricity to people's homes without connecting to the existing electric grid....amazing, isn't it?

My apologies for not getting back to all of you. I have a full time job like most of you and a family to raise.

Like all of you, I lost most of my retirement savings from believing in GSLO. I promise you I am not a scam and I am not looking for any money to file my/our claim. I was advised by a lawyer to post a message on an invesment hub to find any other investors that are in my position. I have another busy week with the job and then I will have some time to start this process. This will be a lengthy process. Once filed with the SEC, it may take 1 to 5 years to recover our losses. Just the other day, I received a postcard about being elgible to recover losses for my investment in a mutual fund back between 1999 and 2004. My point is this is going to be a long process. If you are looking for instant results, stop looking.

I will keep you posted if I find out anything new. If I don't reply right away to your question or comment, please dont' get mad or discouraged. It's the holidays and there is a lot going on.

While this is frustrating, please try to enjoy the holidays and time with family and friends. If you have any suggestions or ideas to post to the group, please do so.

I tried to contact this Youninlv person on his (or her) hotmail email address. A WEEK ago. No response. He (and you) might have another agenda. Who knows what it could be. But, don't hold your breath on a response. Unless y'all know one another.

I am extremely weary of ALL. Thanks to GSLO. It completely bittered me. One good thing that came out of my GSLO experience is that I look at all things like a scam now. So I am sure not to ever be in that naieve boat again.

In my opinion, your best bet is to work directly with the SEC - they will have subpeona powers to get all of the relevant information. Please refer to the contact names previously posted.

Sorry for my delay in getting back on the site. I appreciate everyone's reply. I will start on this soon.

To "Voices of Reason": Would it help to compile a list of all investors that were victims of this fraudulent scheme to show the significance of this? And how do I go about reaching these victims? Some I'm sure are afraid or embarrassed to come forward. I don't participate much in the social media, so I can use some help and any advice on using this to forward our mission.

A few facts for you in your quest:
Thomas Massey, former CEO and Board of Director at GSLO, is now on the Board of Directors of ONYX. ONYX had the same corporate address as GTSO in Liverpool, NY. BTW - Massey just arranged a merger with ONYX with a company called SGPC. I invested heavily in the GSLO stock last spring and did so based on the positive news being published by Tyson Rhodes, President of GSLO. Based on the news of GSLO's exclusive right to market the Volt solar charger and the growing popularity of the iphone, I felt I was making a good investment in this company. However, in June, trading activity of this company stock was frozen by the SEC due to questions about the adequacy and accuracy of publicly available information reported by this company. I feel this company is responsible for my losses since it put out fraudulent information about its products. I have spoken to a lawyer and have been encouraged to team with other GSLO investors who want to recover their losses. My plans are to file another claim with the SEC and get a group of investors putting pressure on the SEC to further investigate GSLO/Tyson Rhodes for stock fraud. I need your help and support to do this though. Please contact me if you are interested in filing a complaint with me against GSLO. It will be a long process but we have to start now. They got me in march just never looked into it when i did it dropped and was hoping i could get back to .30 never did. But whats funny is someone put a link up about the grey market. The article was dead on it started at .01 with buys coming in. Which I tried and couldnt get filled actually. But then it went to .02 to .03 then they where bidding someone went up to .10. how lol...so I just left the order from a limit to a open market and got picked up at .08..I would have been happy with a penny.

Going to grey's who knows what will happen to sp it could go anywhere but up!! Sad to see that companies are allowed to do this , it is nothing but theft and Rhodes isn't just out of the woods yet!!!IMO

Pretty bad to sit here and laugh at others. Mr. Rhodes resigned today, so you know there guilty as hell. But I would watch karma guys, this could happen to anyone who rolls the dice on any trading level. The traders are the one who loses, the sec lets them make the money and we lose out.
