The company has a solid business plan, good management, but just can't quite execute. It may be that the idea is just too early; or it may be that they are missing their mark. The company itself seems fairly exhausted at this point - not a lot of enthusiasm. Anyone still love the stock?

I would really like to see this company succeed, but I'm not convinced that the CEO having brought a company to NASDAQ before is really that strong of an indicator of future performance.

Can you share anything a bit more comprehensive that gives you the impression GPDB is going places?

I was thinking, if they want to rival fast food chains, they've got to beat them at their own game. Drive through green grocery baskets. Some sort of variety packs of different assortments. Who wouldn't drive through on their way home and drop $50 for some salami and crackers? For real... Fire with fire. People figure the only thing you can get from a drive through is a premature heart attack, carbon monoxide poisoning, and junk food. Their about correct on that.

If this company really wants to make it, they need to buy some brick and mortar, or buy some fast food chain that is failing, make some drive through grocery baskets. That's what it is missing, the special sauce. The online food market isn't as hot as I think anyone wishes it might be, and people will forever put off meals until it is convenient.

What's up with the big investor who says he loves this company concept? The statement was suggesting that he is fixing to release this company and its' due diligence to his subscribers in a letter, recommending the stock. I'd love to see that happen sometime soon. I figured it would happen already.

It sounds like a backroom deal is being done to unveil this thing to someone for some reason. Perhaps some reverse merger, that would be nice.

Okay for real. When is this stock going to move up over $1 per share? When is this going to get any volume. How is this company financing this purchase agreement? The company issued so many shares above $.50 and near $2.70 per share for equity. The company hasn't issued many this low, and they need to get the price back up.

Anyways, I'm just wondering when in the world the move begins? Anybody?

GPDB sure is real, before they went public I ordered from them. I was a member for a year. I didn't sign back up because I didn't want to pay the $75 membership free. There is an organic grocers in my area that I order from who doesn't have membership fees or I would still be ordering from GPDB. They have good prices on a lot of items.

That's good news? Overstock sells heavily discounted items that are - wait for it - overstocked. Can't be sold.

And of course, no membership revenue for Overstock buyers.

Maybe if the company wasn't already paying more for its products than it could sell them for, this would be good, but since that wasn't the case last year (GROSS profit was negative)...

Doing some due diligence on this company. Reminds me a lot of a friend of mine's company, www.carna4.com which is not public and most likely never will be.

He started his company three years ago self financed, had no idea how tough it would be to go cash flow positive, and after three years of working harder than he had ever worked in his life, has made it finally, slightly cash flow positive.

He said now that he is cash flow positive all kinds of people are contacting him and offering him pretty significant money for the business. He has no interest, he is going for the home run.

Even the two sites look slightly alike.

I am thinking of contacting the company and seeing if I can be of assistance as I am into what they are all about, but I do have to say, I don't like seeing them on radio chat shows designed for very small investors. That brings out shorts and trolls. And in 98% of the cases, almost rightfully so.

Obviously, I find it very interesting that the fellow from Geico is the largest shareholder, that should speak volumes.

There are a lot of hard goods that can be ordered, I personally would be reluctant to order vegetables for obvious reasons. In closing, this company if real, is a company that is something to be excited about for bio organic people out there, such as myself, but understand, Monsanto will probably hire a few trolls to haunt every social media location where the stock is being discussed.

Pretty interesting to read the banter between Kessek and JoeNatural. If the company is real, and it appears to be, then Kezzek is driving hard points that could soon be irrelevant.

If its not real, well I have to say, they sure constructed a very large amount of programming on that website for something that isn't real.

I see why they waited. The balance sheet is terrible, large losses.
It looks like even a bump in 1st quarter sales may not be enough to stop the cash hemorrhage.

I find it interesting that the company can keep reporting how wonderful Q1 15 sales are doing, but still hasn't filed it's now late YE 2015 report.

Yup, they were selling products at a loss (negative gross margin).
January's gross margin was (positive) 50%, according to this PR.
But that doesn't change that their last reported quarter, 3Q'14, had a gross margin of NEGATIVE 35%.

We'll have to see what 4Q'14 looked like when they file. They've emphasized January so much, my guess is it won't be good. Then we'll have to wait until May to see how the full first quarter looks.
