well there is no marginal buyer here; there are enough people who have believed in this trade for long enough that now that they haven't seen the immediacy of announcements that we were led to expect are giving up; i've seen people predict price decreases of like 90%+ if trump doesn't act; i mean --- that's fair i guess, but it is kind of a failure to acknowledge that fnma is already at statutory capital requirements post balance sheet restructuring and that the trump admin is nearly done if not entirely done with staging all the leg work for this deal to be announced; i'm curious to see if the report from the eo due this saturday comes with any fhfa news release; it may.. that would be cool

naked short selling must stop. file compliant with sec . i have had no luck with sec filing complaints ever but may be you will. this is real, naked short selling going on and large banks making a ton and manipulating. not uplisting is like promoting such fraud. no reason not to, a low hanging fruit.

So I saw this, this weekend and thought it was interesting. Fannie is looking for an attorney regarding regulatory and compliance. Like I have said many times - being a regulator like Pulte is - is a huge responsibility - and he doesn't want to be "accidentally" engaging in wrong doing. Let's hope the new attorney has an eye for honesty.

Only thing getting smoked is hopeful investors brokerage accounts after IPO exchange (FNMA) rate rumors spread . Seriously how could anyone expect buyer of brand new IPO GSE shares pay for let’s say  $50 each while pink sheet vulture paid $1 or less . Not happening. Sorry .

That is, their payout might be even more delayed than a common payout. i.e. Common could go to $20 on re-list & ERCF and JPS might wait for c-ship to end in 2028.

Remember when we were all calculating damages checks and we were getting dollars per preferred share? How was that math working out? There are 1.3 billion shares if we average out all the series to $25 par. Looks to me like $1 is the max per $25/par with the more likely outcome closer to $0.65 cents per $25 par. Thoughts?

FNMA has been on the pink sheets since 2008. Same game for years: an organized crew pumps the dead cat, reels in enough bagholders, dumps on them, and resets. Nothing new here. No rules, anyone can scam anyone, and the SEC looks the other way because brokers are getting paid
