For a non-binding, this looks pretty good for NCPL, and after 7 months of rezyfi negotiating with ECGI and no deal formally closed, I can see why other companies are chomping on the bit. Jamie and teams have done a of work, so much groundwork with the tokenization, for it to come to this. A no bid or renegotiation or damn close. Of course, there is more to the story but the NCPL deal looks pretty clean and straightforward. Oooh this is a pimple on my nose right now. I thought the buffalo fireside chat mentioned the first mortgage tokenization was this week?

Correct, most nd loi’s do not materialize… but that Rezifi is participating is interesting. It takes 2 to tango! It just seems that the process with ECGI was so far along. Maybe just some friendly competition and motivation to focus on this deal closing quickly and a bit smoother now. The NCPL was signed a few days ago and was only released today. The Resmac deal is for$5m , assets and liabilities?

Well I'm not happy ( other than making Laz happy ) It's not Over yet. NCPL does only have a non-definitive LOI and most don't materialize. ECGI did go from a LOI to A signed DA. Now you Do what feels best for you. Sell, Watch and wait, or both.?

A bummer… or maybe motivation for ECGI. This does not read well for ECGI???? And Jamie has not put a response out there to comfort his ECGI community.
A lot of time and money and work to get this far and to read Netcapitals positive non-definitive LOI. Maybe this is just a residential aspect… but Resmac appears to be the money maker. Maybe ECGI does not have the capital I thought??? Going from OTC to OTCID was positive. Maybe an agreement with Netcapital is in the works. Getting complicated. Or is Resmac in trouble? I wonder what happened? It appeared like it was going smoothly (slowly).

NC, all that is needed is to Close this Acquisition and I do Not see a RS as ECGI will have immediate Cash and Token Flow. Then Hopefully ECGI does a buy back program as it would be financially easy to do. IMOO.

I do believe this stock will go up, but do wonder why with the advertised portfolio this stock is so undervalued. Especially with aura chat (big companies in there). Is all this part of the plan?

Is a RS in the future… probably 50/50??? The advertising has been minimal, some links (bottom of page) on website lead to domain name purchasing and website building, as well as some not up to date. I am chicken pecking here. And really, there are more important things to worry about.

Jamie is also on the board of NGTF, this stock is growing. I wonder if this company will land up being part of ECGI?

The waiting game. There is small chatter on this niche, and it appears, so far, the contract will be signed with the way things are moving. And the stock keeps on coming back. And what is it going to take to boom this bad boy.

And if they're in bed with so many great companies why is the stock still of piece of s***? What kind of news is it going to take to even move this up a couple points? Would have to be like seriously lowering the share structure or suddenly they're making billions in Revenue

And FYI, yesterday bid and ask were 115mil x 9mil. Today 109mil x 12mil....oops

And who is into Mortgage loans RezyFi. and who is into Real Estate, ResMac.? ECGI inc Is slow at the process and misses their goal dates, But they have been getting it done. ECGI cannot push the Contractors any faster, They have to have it done correctly the first Time. IMHO.

Your GOOD dilution will get this to no bid with over 1.5 billion OS then RS IMO.

But Laz, doesn't that make you feel GOOD going on other Message BOARDS TRYING to SELL / PROMOTE ECGI to as many investors as possible.? The only thing that is TRUE is You Was correct. ECGI is slowly succeeding. It is happening in front of your face, despite the dilution ECGI needs to help FUND this project. Which is referred to from a lot of investors, "Good Dilution".

yet all they can do is issue stock to stay alive. OTC 101...doesnt matter what their news or operations are, the convertibles destroy the stock(total seperate entity)

Nice DBP, All the companies ECGI is using are top tier companies. Check out Avalanche which is Ava labs ticker symbol avax-usd on the cripto listings one of the best and fastest growing Blockchain companies. Every resource ECGI puts together seems to be some of the finest for this project. IMO.

I take it you are talking about the $25 million purchase series E shares.? But those will be strictly and slowly released into the market in lieu of payment for the purchase of the acquisition. It was done that way to preserve Money to Grow the business. And ECGI Will Not be Fully Tokenized, ResMac will also bring in a Significant amount of Money/Cash. I believe This is very well planned out. IMO. There is a lot going on here. WE All Know you don't Like Jamie Steigerwald That seems to be what Your Problem is, But There are more People involved than Jamie RUNNING this Business. IMOO.

doesnt matter. the STOCK is destroyed because of the converts. this will have to dilute so much that they will RS it anyway later. this company cant make money doing it this way IMO because tokenization has been around for quite a while and it just doesnt work well IMO

RezyFi Portal is functional. Just go on RezyFi website Click on create account. Go check it out. If you had the Credentials you could sign in. We have to ask ourselves why it is functional.? IMHO, It's happening.?

Well Ecgi, RezyFi, ResMac, All have the best Token Companies working on this Project, and since You Laz Know More about what they are doing than the Professionals Do with no experience. There are Pros and Cons to both Pooling and Integrated. I'm sure Ecgi with the Token companies are using what works the best for their purpose. So I will have to believe what nomyx, tZero, avalanche, ECT. say....IMOO

I watched the promo from 2 days ago...it's ridiculous and imo will never make money. Its not vertically integrated and putting mortgages into a pool for people to invest isnt a wealth maker. And since I know Fireside gets mega amount of shares for each promo video. Keep your eye on the OS!
