For a non-binding, this looks pretty good for NCPL, and after 7 months of rezyfi negotiating with ECGI and no deal formally closed, I can see why other companies are chomping on the bit. Jamie and teams have done a of work, so much groundwork with the tokenization, for it to come to this. A no bid or renegotiation or damn close. Of course, there is more to the story but the NCPL deal looks pretty clean and straightforward. Oooh this is a pimple on my nose right now. I thought the buffalo fireside chat mentioned the first mortgage tokenization was this week?

Correct, most nd loi’s do not materialize… but that Rezifi is participating is interesting. It takes 2 to tango! It just seems that the process with ECGI was so far along. Maybe just some friendly competition and motivation to focus on this deal closing quickly and a bit smoother now. The NCPL was signed a few days ago and was only released today. The Resmac deal is for$5m , assets and liabilities?

Well I'm not happy ( other than making Laz happy ) It's not Over yet. NCPL does only have a non-definitive LOI and most don't materialize. ECGI did go from a LOI to A signed DA. Now you Do what feels best for you. Sell, Watch and wait, or both.?

A bummer… or maybe motivation for ECGI. This does not read well for ECGI???? And Jamie has not put a response out there to comfort his ECGI community.
A lot of time and money and work to get this far and to read Netcapitals positive non-definitive LOI. Maybe this is just a residential aspect… but Resmac appears to be the money maker. Maybe ECGI does not have the capital I thought??? Going from OTC to OTCID was positive. Maybe an agreement with Netcapital is in the works. Getting complicated. Or is Resmac in trouble?
