What else is new. How hard is it to do a financial statement for a company that has no sales, limited activity, and asset of appox. $7K. DTII solely exsits so the insiders can get paid issuing new shares.

I see a loss of (382,106) Net income (loss) attributed to the Company for the 6 months, with a loss of (408,226) before non-controlling interest income of 26,120, and a loss from operations of (329,412).


The only reason I could think of for remaining a SEC filer is that it makes it much easier to raise money (So management can be paid). Money can be raised in the expert market, but it is very difficult. Another reason is that there is a major stockholder that owns over 70%, who wants the ability to sell their shares if they want.

Only lost $500K in first 6-months of reporting-period.

What's going on?

Dtii has released their 3 months 7/31/2025 financials, and guess what:

"During the three months ended July 31, 2025, the Company did not receive any revenue."

What else is new. What a surprise! LOL!

This is funny, they issue 12k in notes to pay the previous isuued 12k note and on and on it goes.

On September 16, 2025 the Company issued a promissory note for $12,000.The note matured on October 15, 2025. The note has an initial discount of $2,000 and is not convertible.



On November 6, 2025 the Company issued a promissory note for $12,000.The note matures on December 15, 2025. The note has an initial discount of $2,000 and is not convertible.

And this is why they keep going, to get paid.

$DTII shoulda ended this charade long ago.

I suggested a Form 15 to get them off the SEC-reporting merry-go-round.

Not that it really matters, not sure anybody ever believed anything the company put out, or bothered to buy shares.

Looks as though the CEO of DTII (Moses) has given up.

He hasn't sent his usual irrelevant and misleading promotion PR's to prop the price up, and still hasn't filed the 1sr Qtr. financials for 7/31/2025 ( 1 1/2 months late).

Eventually reality finally sinks in and the BS doesn't work anymore.

Heavy volume and big sales so far today. BID now .0123. Of cource it may rebound as usual but will go back down again at some point even lower than today.

May be close to the end.

Of course there is something to report. All SCAM companies have something to report., even though it is all BS. You made a big deal about the filing being in-error, when actually it was correct.

A couple of months they will be in the expert market.

The above is the reason that DTII always uses, however somewhat true,the real reason the auditors have not signed off is in all likelihood they do not have enough cash to pay the auditors. It doesn't take that much time to produce statements for a company this size with no sales

Just what a naive/amateur SCAM company investor would say.

First, no one should ever spend money on a SCAM company.

Secondly, to hold no matter what, even though the CEO has misled the shareholders for years and years, and the price of DTII is just about the lowest in history (adjusted for splits) since the CEO took over 10 years ago, is not logical.

There were 30,000 shs traded@.0285, and 20,000 traded @.02875 this morning.

This is incorrect. It is the same news and statements DTII has been offering for many years, with slightly different wording.

We are very close to falling back to the 2s. It is just a matter of time before they are ready to issue more shares. They DTII will pump again so they can be sold on the open market.

Someone is becoming desperate. Nine years and still holding, whereas the original investment is now worthless and any shares bought recently are losing more.

The conversion of PFD and new shares issued have now been sold, so no more pumping from the CEO.

New pumping will come when DTII issues new shares down the road.

There have been since 7/22/2025 (not counting today) 8,405,885 shs traded since 7/22/2025, and it is at the lowest point in price since this trading started from 7/22/2025.

DTII was down 22% today with heavy selling and down 61% from the high of .10 on 7/25/2025.

Looks more likely selling the DTII SCAM and buying a real company stock for Generational Wealth with the proceeds. DTII sells were 4 1/2 times the buys.

BTW. Xtract One is trading on two markets, has had to dilute a few times, and is selling a lot of like products, to schools and businesses of all kinds.
I think we may see a 40 Million O/S by the end of the month. with volume like today being in the high threes-low fours I cant see the O/S not going up. Not saying it is bad. What will be bad is if they do not hire people to sell, and support, the product.

On a positive note I checked to see if they were hiring a few days ago and they were not. Now they are hiring a System Security Engineer, Field Sales & Outreach, and a Field Deployment Tech. DTII is not hiring and there site is not listing updates. Giving the recent events a hit to credibility. Just saying.
So I guess I am saying that maybe some sales, definitely issuing more stocks, and if the Canadian based Xtract One can do it Maybe DTII should emphasize Made in America (No Tariffs) for American companies.
As I mentioned before. I suck at penny stock trading. This is information that maybe others haven't seen. I hope the best for the product as I believe it can keep people a little safer. Other companies are seeing success.
