C3 Metals Significantly Expands Copper Mineralization at Khaleesi Project, Peru with 67.6 Metres at 0.51% Copper Equivalent and 60.9 Metres of 0.55% Copper Equivalent in Two New Skarn DiscoveriesJune 24, 2026 7:00 AM

Drilling has significantly expanded both skarn and intrusive copper mineralization. Two new skarns and manto-style copper mineralization has been discovered 400 metres ("m") and 1,000m southwest of the initial skarn intersected the first hole drilled at Khaleesi (KHZ5800-001), which reported 269.0m at 0.30% copper (see press release dated December 15, 2026). Khaleesi Drill Hole HighlightsA new garnet-magnetite skarn:Hole KHZ5450-001 was drilled approximately 400m southwest of the main garnet-magnetite skarn body. It intersected a new mineralized skarn with 67.6m at 0.45% copper, 0.029 g/t gold, 1.51 g/t silver, 17 ppm molybdenum (0.51% CuEq) from approximately 90m vertical depth (112.9m downhole depth). New manto-style copper mineralization:Hole KHZ5140-001 was drilled approximately 1,000m southwest of the main garnet-magnetite skarn body. It intersected a 4.2m wide manto-style zone assaying 2.97% copper, 0.015 g/t gold, 4.92 g/t silver, 2 ppm molybdenum (3.16% CuEq) from approximately 275m vertical depth and 329.7m downhole depth (Figure 3).A second discovery of new garnet-magnetite skarn:Hole KHZ5140-004 was drilled to the southwest of KHZ5140-001 (see above bullet point) and approximately 1,000m southwest of the main garnet-magnetite skarn body. It intersected significant copper mineralization in garnet and magnetite skarns with 60.9m at 0.50% copper, 0.027 g/t gold, 2.21 g/t silver, 10 ppm molybdenum (0.55% CuEq) from approximately 40m vertical depth (44.0m downhole depth). Skarn and intrusive copper mineralization significantly expanded below glacial till cover:Hole KHZ5960-001 was drilled beneath glacial till. It intersected pervasive porphyry- and skarn-style alteration. A 109.0m zone of diorite hosted, copper-gold-silver-molybdenum veinlet mineralization returned 0.29% copper, 0.028 g/t gold, 0.99 g/t silver, 115 ppm molybdenum (0.39% CuEq) from approximately 40m vertical depth (45.0m downhole depth). This intercept was followed downhole by a 118.0m zone of magnetite skarn hosted copper-gold-silver-molybdenum mineralization with 0.30% copper, 0.024 g/t gold, 0.85 g/t silver, 75 ppm molybdenum (0.37% CuEq) from approximately 300m vertical depth (354.9m downhole depth).Hole KHZ5960-002 was drilled due east of KHZ5960-001 (see above bullet point). It intersected a 154.7m zone of near-surface diorite hosted secondary copper mineralization with 0.21% copper, 0.017 g/t gold, 0.71 g/t silver, 4 ppm molybdenum (0.24% CuEq) from approximately 50m vertical depth (56.3m downhole depth).Dan Symons, President and CEO, stated, "We continue to expand the Khaleesi copper system, as evidenced by the discovery of two new skarns and new manto-style copper mineralization. The two new garnet-magnetite skarns are located approximately 400m and 1,000m southwest of the main garnet-magnetite skarn body intercepted in our first drill hole at Khaleesi. The formula is: CuEq % = Cu % + (0.907 x Au g/t) + (0.0107 x Ag g/t) + (0.00051 x Mo ppm). Since it is unclear what metals will be the principal products and as Khaleesi is an early-stage greenfield project with no metallurgical test work completed, assuming different recoveries is premature at this stage. As such an 80% recovery rate is justified.
Composite intervals are calculated using length weighted averages based on a combination of lithological breaks and copper assay values according to a 0.15% Cu cutoff and include a maximum of 12 metres of internal dilution. All intervals reported in this table are down hole core lengths, and true thicknesses have yet to be determined. Mineral resource modeling is required before true thicknesses can be estimated.Figure 1. Including today's announcement, assays have now been reported for 27 holes (see press releases dated December 15, 2025, January 21, 2026, February 26, 2026 and April 29, 2026).Drilling at Khaleesi continues to focus on probing the Ferrobamba limestone and Andahuaylas-Yauri batholith contact zone that extends for over 1,300m from northeast to southwest across the Khaleesi property. Drilling also continues to define the boundaries of the main garnet and magnetite skarn body that appears tabular in shape within an intrusive complex. The magnetite and garnet skarns, along with peripheral and cross-cutting veinlets in the diorite, has yielded the widest intervals of copper, gold, silver and molybdenum mineralization to date.Next StepsKhaleesi falls within the multiphase intrusive complex that intrudes along the Ferrobamba carbonate package. As stated, the area is almost completely covered by glacial till that varies in thickness from 2m to 50m. This creates a significant blind exploration challenge. Geophysics is the best methodology for drill targeting. Geophysical surveys (drone magnetics, 3D induced polarization and gravity) are scheduled to be completed between mid-June and September 2026 in both the initial discovery area and an expanded area of interest. In addition, surface mapping and soil sampling are progressing in the same expanded exploration area. The Company has reduced from two drill rigs to one rig until the additional geophysical data has been collected, modelled and interpreted. One drill rig continues to test high priority targets and expand known skarn and diorite mineralization. The Company looks forward to reporting results as they become available. As such an 80% recovery rate is justified.Technical ProgramC3 Metals adheres to a strict QA/QC protocol for handling, sampling, sample transportation and analyses. Chain-of-custody protocols are designed to ensure security of samples until their delivery at the laboratory. Samples were cut at C3 Metals' Khaleesi Project camp, Cusco Region, Perú, by Company personnel. Before entering the cutting room, the drill core samples are marked lengthwise with a yellow line, and the core saw followed these lines to cut each sample. Diamond drill core was sampled in maximum 3-metre intervals, stopping at geological boundaries, and using a rock saw. Core diameter is a mix of PQ3 and HQ3, depending on the depth of the drill hole. Samples were bagged, tagged and packaged for shipment via local freight transport service to the ALS preparation laboratory in Arequipa, Arequipa Region, Perú. Entire samples were dried and weighed, then crushed to 85% passing 10 mesh (2mm). From this, a 1.5 kg split was pulverized to 90% passing 200 mesh (75µm). The prepared, pulp samples were sent via ALS to the ALS assay laboratory in Lima, Lima Region, Perú, for copper, gold and multi-element analysis. ALS is an accredited laboratory which is independent of the Company. Gold assays were done by fire assay fusion (Au-AA23) with AAS finish on a 30g sample. Copper was assayed by ICP-AES following a 4-acid digestion via the ME-MS61r package for a suite of 60 elements. Any copper sample over detection limit (i.e., greater than 10,000ppm or 1% Cu) was additionally assayed via ICP-AES using the package ME-OG62. High and low copper, gold and iron standards, as well as blanks and duplicates (coarse crush split and pulp), were randomly inserted into the sampling sequence for quality control. On average, 11% of the submitted samples are quality control samples. The northern magnetite skarn is starting to be defined in a curved shaped, open at depth and to the north, and likely off set in the south. Mineralization outside of the skarn occurs as thin veinlets of sulfides ± quartz, within the multi-stage intrusive complex and sedimentary limestone package. To date, the Company believes it has intersected six intrusive rock types along this corridor. Through geochronology studies (see press release dated March 9, 2026), it is interpreted that the intrusive rock types encountered to date are older than a meaningful mineralizing event at Khaleesi and are acting as conduits for mineralizing fluid to travel along the intrusive contacts to come to near surface. A primary goal of the second-phase drill program is to locate the 'causative intrusion', which if found, would date the same age as the younger mineralization (35.8 million years).The multiphase intrusives and undulating nature of the contact zone make the Khaleesi system geologically complex. In addition, outcrop is sporadic and much of the project area is under a thin layer of glacial till cover.Next StepsDrilling at Khaleesi will continue to focus on the batholith — limestone contact zone, where there is a well-developed and zoned skarn system that has been telescoped by epithermal veining that is possibly driven by a porphyry. At this contact zone is a multiphase intrusive complex that is generally covered by glacial till. Additional geophysical surveys both within and beyond the main Khaleesi area are being considered to assist with vectoring and to identify extensions of mineralization beyond the areas drilled to date. Surveys under consideration include drone magnetics, 3DIP and gravity. To date, approximately 11,000m of drilling has been completed in 24 holes with two additional holes in progress. Including today's announcement, assays have now been reported for the first 17 holes (see press releases dated December 15, 2025, January 21, 2026 and February 26, 2026). The Company looks forward to reporting additional assay results as they become available. Montana de Cobre ("MCZ") is the only skarn along the 28km iron-skarn belt that the Company has systematically drill tested to date, yielding a near surface Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 51.9 million tonnes at 0.50% total copper and 0.20 g/t gold for 569.1 million pounds of copper and 326,800 ounces of gold.1The Khaleesi project is situated along a highly favorable limestone-intrusive rock contact zone that bisects the tenement area and trends north-northeasterly. The limestone rock unit is part of the highly receptive Ferrobama Formation, and the intrusive rock comprises the well-known Andahuaylas-Yauri Batholith. At this contact zone is a multiphase intrusive complex that also appears to trend northeast-southwest, that follows and exploits the contact zone, which is mostly covered by a thin layer of glacial till. Stock Option GrantThe Company also announces that pursuant to its stock option plan approved by shareholders at its Annual General and Special meeting held on February 27, 2026, the Board of Directors has granted 2,779,750 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. A total of 731,250 options will vest immediately, while 2,048,500 options will vest over a period of 12 months, subject to regulatory acceptance. After vesting, each incentive stock option will allow the holder to purchase one common share in the Company at a price of CAD$1.10. The incentive stock options have a term of five years, expiring April 29, 2031 or following the departure of the option-holder. Chain-of-custody protocols are designed to ensure security of samples until their delivery at the laboratory. Samples were cut at C3 Metals' Khaleesi Project camp, Cusco Region, Perú, by Company personnel. Before entering the cutting room, the drill core samples are marked lengthwise with a yellow line, and the core saw followed these lines to cut each sample. Diamond drill core was sampled in maximum 3-metre intervals, stopping at geological boundaries, and using a rock saw. Core diameter is a mix of PQ3 and HQ3, depending on the depth of the drill hole. Samples were bagged, tagged and packaged for shipment via local freight transport service to the ALS preparation laboratory in Arequipa, Arequipa Region, Perú. Entire samples were dried and weighed, then crushed to 85% passing 10 mesh (2mm). From this, a 1.5 kg split was pulverized to 90% passing 200 mesh (75µm). The prepared, pulp samples were sent via ALS to the ALS assay laboratory in Lima, Lima Region, Perú, for copper, gold and multi-element analysis. ALS is an accredited laboratory which is independent of the Company. Gold assays were done by fire assay fusion (Au-AA23) with AAS finish on a 30g sample. Copper was assayed by ICP-AES following a 4-acid digestion via the ME-MS61r package for a suite of 60 elements. Any copper sample over detection limit (i.e., greater than 10,000ppm or 1% Cu) was additionally assayed via ICP-AES using the package ME-OG62. High and low copper, gold and iron standards, as well as blanks and duplicates (coarse crush split and pulp), were randomly inserted into the sampling sequence for quality control. On average, 11% of the submitted samples are quality control samples. C3 Metals Confirms Age of Mineralization at Khaleesi Copper Project, Peru is the Same as the Large Las Bambas and Antapaccay Copper DepositsMarch 9, 2026 7:00 AM

(TSXV: CCCM) (OTCQB: CUAUF) ("C3 Metals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce geochronology (age date) results at its 100%-owned Khaleesi copper project ("Khaleesi" or "the Project") in southern Peru. The geochronological age of porphyry-style copper deposits is critically important for both mineral exploration and scientific understanding. The "correct" age for mineralization of this type facilitates the understanding of the occurrence and enhances the significance of the discovery when ranked against other projects in the region. Copper-molybdenum-gold skarn and porphyry-style mineralization was discovered by C3 Metals during regional exploration mapping and sampling. As part of the exploration process, the Company recently undertook a geochronological (age dating) program to better understand the relationships between the intrusive phases, skarn alteration and copper + molybdenum mineralization. Khaleesi Geochronology HighlightsKhaleesi is located along the major copper producing Andahuaylas-Yauri Skarn and Porphyry belt where the known porphyry and skarn mineralization lies within a broad range of 39.5 ± 1.1 to 28.7 ± 0.8 Ma ("age in millions of years") (Perelló et al., 2003). Khaleesi has no absolute geochronological constraints, but with this new data, the molybdenite mineralization age is inferred to be ~35.8 Ma and therefore younger than the gabbroic-diorite intrusives encountered in early drill testing.Molybdenite age dating results indicate one of the Khaleesi hydrothermal events is within the same time frame as nearby porphyry and skarn deposits, such as the large Las Bambas and Antapaccay (Coroccohuaya) deposits.The geochronology data suggests there is a multi-phase (or long-lived hydrothermal system) at Khaleesi, and therefore a younger event that could be causing some of the copper + molybdenum mineralization.Dan Symons, President and CEO, stated, "It might be seen as unusual to be excited to be announcing the age of a mineral system. However, there is considerable evidence that the best porphyry and skarn systems along the Andahuaylas-Yauri belt in Peru are typically between 40 and 30 million years old. Even before we drilled a hole at Khaleesi, several major mining companies were particularly keen to understand the age of our mineralization. The results of this dating program indicate the molybdenum mineralization is approximately 35.8 million years – the same age range as both the nearby Las Bambas and Antapaccay deposits operated by MMG and Glencore, respectively. Importantly, the multiphase diorite intrusives encountered in early-stage drilling dated approximately 40.1 million years old. This means the diorite intrusives are not stoping out mineralization but instead are acting as important conduits to allow mineralization to travel up the intrusive contacts to near surface. This is the exact result we were hoping for."A total of five samples were collected for zircon U-Pb, garnet U-Pb and molybdenite Re-Mo age dating. Two samples were collected from gabbroic-diorite intrusives of the Andahuaylas-Yauri batholith outcropping at Khaleesi, one sample from the garnet skarn and two samples of molybdenite mineralization from quartz + molybdenite + chalcopyrite veinlets in gabbroic-diorite and magnetite skarn. The geochronological work reports the gabbroic-diorite (batholith) having U-Pb ages of 40.12 ± 0.23 Ma and 39.33 ± 0.31 Ma. The garnet (skarn) sample returned a U-Pb age of 40.5 ± 1.8 Ma, a similar age to the gabbroic-diorite. Two Re-Os age dates from molybdenite within veinlets cross-cutting the gabbroic-diorite and the magnetite skarn, reported ages of 35.67 ± 0.20 Ma and 35.92 ± 0.21 Ma. Of particular importance are the ages reported from molybdenite in quartz veinlets, which reported ages aligned with those from nearby large copper mines and deposits (Figure 1), such as MMG's Las Bambas mine, located approximately 35km west of Khaleesi, and Glencore's Antapaccay mine (Coroccohuayco). The older ages reported for garnet and diorite fall within the lower/older ages of the known mineralization of the Andahuaylas-Yauri belt (Figure 1). The prograde garnet and retrograde magnetite skarn mineralization at Khaleesi is thus likely an older event, related to the gabbroic diorite, which was then overprinted on by a younger copper-gold mineralizing event that brought in quartz + copper sulfide + molybdenite veinlets. ALS is an accredited laboratory which is independent of the Company. Gold assays were done by fire assay fusion (Au-AA23) with AAS finish on a 30g sample. Copper was assayed by ICP-AES following a 4-acid digestion via the ME-MS61r package for a suite of 60 elements. Any copper sample over detection limit (i.e., greater than 10,000ppm or 1% Cu) was additionally assayed via ICP-AES using the package ME-OG62. High and low copper, gold and iron standards, as well as blanks and duplicates (coarse crush split and pulp), were randomly inserted into the sampling sequence for quality control. Copper production in Q3 fell to 69,000 tonnes from 75,000 tonnes in Q3 2019 due to weaker performance at Highland Valley, British Columbia and Carmen de Andacollo, Chile.

The decrease in production at Carmen de Andacollo was due to lower ore grades, as expected in the mine plan as well as reduced mill throughput caused by longer than anticipated maintenance shutdowns. The decrease at Highland Valley Copper was primarily due to lower mill throughput as a result of processing harder than expected ores.

That plunge from the Aussie high is what generated tons of excitement - and now it looks poised to reverse.....

If they have copper they will make money and that was a statement that I need to do the DD not you :)

The CEO was asked in two different interviews relating to the 10% stake from Teck Resources if they (Teck) would be helping with technical work/advisory since they have the experience and where they are located in relation to Kodiak's project. They provided financing and in return they got an automatic share price appreciation from their large stake and their big name but will get the ultimate return if they can shepherd Kodiak along with the project. They may also get paid directly on the books for advisory work.

Giga banked because the market believed there could be a deal with Tesla without knowing anything about capex or where they stood with the project and then people took a closer look after the hit job articles came out, the stock tanked and then took another dive after the lackluster PEA. The chart tells the story and I'd say the same for Kodiak in that there was an initial frenzy followed by a cooling period after folks study the company and where they are with the project.

Yeah yeah - That's right (formerly Dunedin, etc,, etc.) How by drilling deep made "all the difference", ha-ha).

Is that copper mine almost exhausted and are there other copper miners/explorers there?

It looks they just changed their name from Dunnedin and took on this copper exploration relatively recently so maybe Teck Corp are providing a technical advisory role. Before the name change Chris Taylor (a technical guy) was the CEO and their focus was on diamonds. Claudia had a managerial role at Rio Tinto's diamond division and she came over as an advisor and assumed the CEO role recently and Chris Taylor is now Chairman. I'd say Teck Corp is getting paid for their copper big guns.

That property has been drilled before with poor results and they are claiming they went a little deeper and hit pay dirt. Something about that chart says the market knows something.

3C Metals - watched that one video with the CEO and it seems like they are in the early stages on the Peru mine and all the other vids out there he's with a different company. Need to do some more DD with all the shifting and rebranding to see what's really going on there.

C3 shows a $21 mil USD market cap trading on the grey market OTC (not sure why).

Kodiak shows $52 mil USD also trading on the grey market OTC.

They've only drilled 6 holes (one of which was bonanza-grade).....

Teck Corp (the owner of Highland Valley Copper) purchased 10 % as soon as they learned of their drill results....




Besides being enamored with that CEO, she also sounded perfectly reasonable to me.








Not sure just yet what their market cap is (now)......That would play a role.


It WAS at 20 million in late August.....so, it's probably around 80 now ?

And its' management appears 1st class (which seems odd for it being such a small mkt cap)

Don't know anything about copper miners but from that interview Crux was pretty generous. He's usually borderline jerk (although I like his interviews) and she couldn't clearly articulate her own mining background let alone her vision for the company.
