Yup, gold properties shuffled around 'as needed' between gold scam operators.
Those NoAm gold properties nowhere close to either being mined or "production ready", nor even worth the cost to develop to turn into a gold producing mine with such small available, discovered or yet assessed reserves. Maybe now with Gold up at $3K/oz, but actually... no.
The Brazil mine deal was owned by a company about to make a deal with the company Brookmount was about to make a deal to partner with; a property two steps removed from Brookmount. That deal was abandoned, as informed off-hand in one of those informal investor keep-you-informed calls.

Maybe a little digging into their N. American "mines", ready to mine supposedly, could prove interesting. I'd bet there's no real involvement by BMXI other than a PR, a Letter of Interest, etc.

It's all a mirage. Seen this play before....so many times.

Listening to Nils on the recent IR call, it seems Brookmount never had control, or even owned, Talawaan and/or both Indonesian mines, as their was an ownership and operational control just changed hands to Brookmount and at a cost... all quite unclear to boot.

Exactly. Those financials with those back-calculated numbers appear fabricated to me.

I track another OTC "mining" company who supposedly was paid off for their imaginary gold mine with $52 million cash and $30 million in gold bullion. The cash should be accruing interest and the imaginary gold is now worth $40 million. Never changes, quarter after quarter. Year after year.

And....the columns in their financials didn't add up, not even close. They fixed it in their next quarterly to at least add up....but they're still phony.

Like BMXI's.

I didn't say producing 2,000 oz a quarter is impossible. Could an artisanal operation produce that amount? Maybe, but unlikely. Guys with little hammers, homemade ball mills using river cobbles instead of steel balls. Tiny operation using homemade equipment.

Is BMXI in charge of these operations? And benefits from it with all that supposed revenue? I doubt it. I think it's a sham, all lies. There's a reason they've promised an audit for 5+ years......and still no audit. I doubt there is anything really there to audit.

Agree about the backwards perfect "approximately 8,000 oz."

That June-Aug, 2024 quarter sales number of $4,992,000 is just too perfect as 2,000 oz. @ $2,500 per ounce, like Nils is working the numbers.

We see Nils a stock promoter more than anything. 'Gold is valuable, buy my stock."

"Approximately" 8,000 ounces? They don't know exactly how much? Seems like a suspiciously round number to me.......

Did they tell their flip-flop wearing workers to take the rest of the year off when they hit 8,000 ounces? Put their little hammers away for a nice break. Gloves....who needs em? Dust masks, hard hats, steel toed shoes, all that silly overhead, BMXI is all about maximizing profits for their investors. Environmental permits, lined ponds, monitoring wells, proper chemical storage areas.......such a waste of company resources and capital, and besides its just some third world country, who cares, right?

And why in the world do these idiots have to keep reminding their investors how cool gold is!? Does anybody not realize that gold is valuable intrinsically, and also has some practical uses? Do they think their investors are that stupid that they need educating about gold? Their website is full of the same nonsense. Yet not a single actual technical report, the stuff that a savvy investor needs to evaluate the merits of a "mining" company. They're obviously not seeking savvy investors....the dumber and more ignorant the better.

Have you seen the pictures of the processing areas that they've posted? What publicly traded "mining" company would be stupid enough to post pictures of workers dressed like that, with equipment that primitive and unsafe, and an unlined pond. Did you see the article that was posted about the contamination that is known to exist in this area due to unregulated mining operations.....like this one? This company is playing with fire....unless of course, they have no real connections to these operations, and their pictures are just pictures.

That's my opinion, which I guess I have to point out each time since you can't tell the difference.

Indeed, I missed that one from 4 days ago. Yet announced only in a rare shareholder letter is all? No mention of ounces of gold produced in the Brookmount annual and quarterly financials it releases. No exact number of gold ounces produced? Not per quarter, or per annum? No legit gold company foes this.

It is a shame you can't tell the difference between facts and opinions. If I had subpoena power or maybe if the SEC would pursue investigations of these routine P&Ds, we could go beyond opinion and make you happy. In the meantime all anybody can do is take the known facts, and use common sense and any training/expertise you might have.

You're just now noticing? These scammers never announce any of the data/facts that legit operators routinely report: oz produced, grades, tonnages, cost per oz. Nor do they have a single technical report, cross section, geological map, metallurgy, permitting efforts or environmental studies, map of workings, drill hole map, assays, or reserves/resources estimates.

Laziest of all the OTC scams that I am tracking, they're not even trying.

This is an amateurish pump and dump and I strongly suspect they have no real operations, and that their financials are fabricated.

4000 oz. at $2,000 per oz. is $8M.

Brookmount sales and cost of sales about $6.5M per quarter.

You're saying producing several thousand ounces of gold per quarter by artisanal means is impossible, and laughable. Yet you have not ever established nor provided anything worthy to confirm your conclusion. You talk shit about the operation as your basis. That's all.

Nils Oliquist, from IR webinar:

* "The conversion of the accumulated cash into equity carried into the new mining offering."

* "The cash that has been accumulated expressed as receivable has been converted into equity... Reflected in balance sheet as an asset."

* "The retained assets (the accumulated cash) has been reflected in the balance sheet as an investment."

He also confirmed a BMXI reverse split is inevitable in order to uplist to a major exchange.
