$BLGO BioLargo Installs AEC PFAS Treatment System at Lake Stockholm, New Jersey
https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/chemicals/biolargo-installs-aec-pfas-treatment-system-at-lake-stockholm-new-jersey-1130929
WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA / ACCESS Newswire / January 27, 2026 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO) today announced that its patented Aqueous Electrostatic Concentrator (AEC) PFAS treatment system has been installed at the Lake Stockholm municipal water facility in New Jersey.
BioLargo CEO Dennis Calvert commented, "The Lake Stockholm installation marks an important milestone for BioLargo as its AEC technology transitions into real-life municipal use. Once the facility goes through the commissioning process to get fully operational, this system will provide the Lake Stockholm community with drinking water that exceeds both the EPA's and New Jersey's stricter PFAS drinking water standards."
The Aqueous Electrostatic Concentrator (AEC) is well suited for Lake Stockholm because it can effectively treat both long- and short-chain PFAS, which are present in the source water and are difficult to remove with conventional technologies. And, unlike many treatment options that generate large volumes of contaminated residual waste, the AEC operates with minimal waste-an especially critical advantage for Lake Stockholm, which has no available onsite waste outlet. This makes the AEC a practical, protective solution that improves drinking water quality by removing the PFAS to below state and federal levels, while avoiding the creation of a new disposal problem for the community.
Ongoing testing activities will be conducted in coordination with regulatory oversight from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Over the next several months data generated during this process will support ongoing regulatory requirements and confirm readiness for sustained municipal service.
"This installation will undergo 12 months of special NJDEP monitoring that includes regular testing for PFAS chemicals. We expect this data can help establish AEC as an industry leading solution that can exceed the toughest PFAS drinking water standards in the country, and to lead to many opportunities in New Jersey and elsewhere," states Tonya Chandler, President of BioLargo Equipment, Solutions and Technologies, Inc. "Our pipeline of interest and opportunities grows daily. The AEC is perfectly designed to scale as utilities seek sustainable, low-waste solutions for comprehensive PFAS removal."

https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/chemicals/biolargo-reflects-on-2025-progress-and-positions-for-the-next-phase-of-global-infrastruct-1121832
WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA / ACCESS Newswire / December 29, 2025 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a cleantech innovator focused on sustainable water and environmental solutions, announced that it had delivered an open letter to its stockholders as follows:
Dear Stockholders,
As the world enters what may be one of the largest infrastructure and technology investment cycles in history, BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX: BLGO), a developer of innovative technologies addressing environmental, energy, and medical challenges, is closing 2025 focused on execution, disciplined capital deployment, and long-term value creation. Global investment trends driven by artificial intelligence, data centers, electrification, energy storage, and environmental remediation are placing increasing demands on water systems, energy infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. BioLargo's portfolio of enabling technologies has been developed to address these challenges at the system level, where performance, sustainability, and economics increasingly converge.
2025: A Year Defined by Disciplined Progress
Throughout 2025, BioLargo advanced multiple technology platforms through continued development, validation, and early-stage deployment activities. Management intentionally favored disciplined progress over premature acceleration, recognizing that rapid expansion is most effective when supported by a strong technical and commercial foundation. This focus on capital efficiency and technical rigor is designed to enable faster, lower-risk scaling as market adoption increases.
This approach reflects BioLargo's long-standing strategy to develop high-impact technologies patiently, validate them thoroughly, and position them to serve large and growing markets where demand is driven by structural forces rather than short-term trends.
From Development to Deployment: New Jersey Initiatives
During the year, BioLargo advanced several project initiatives in New Jersey that reflect the company's progression from development toward real-world application.
First, these initiatives include the installation of our proprietary Aqueous Electrostatic Concentrator (AEC), which provides rapid, effective, and affordable concentration and removal of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from water, at a municipal water treatment plant in Lake Stockholm, New Jersey. Second, we are also working to formalize a budding public-private collaboration that would lead to the construction and operation of one or more Cellinity battery factories aligned with state and regional infrastructure priorities. Third, Clyra Medical has made sizable capital investments with its contract manufacturing partner based in the region to expand operational capacity for Clyra's expected and long anticipated launch of its medical device products which are now in final stages and expected to launch in 2026.
While these initiatives remain subject to further development and execution, they represent tangible progress toward deployment and reflect growing institutional engagement with BioLargo's technologies. It is also worth noting that BioLargo's engineering team has a long and successful history of working with industry and governments in the State of New Jersey.
Alignment with a Historic Investment Cycle
BioLargo's energy and environmental technologies are increasingly aligned with the needs of industries at the center of global capital investment. Data centers and advanced manufacturing facilities face intensifying constraints related to water use, emissions, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Energy storage systems available in the marketplace such as lithium-ion are more frequently being opposed in local communities due to safety concerns and environmental impact. BioLargo's energy and environmental solution - Cellinity® - is designed to support more efficient, sustainable, safe, and compliant system-level performance as scale and regulatory requirements increase. At the same time, BioLargo ushers in a domestic production alternative just as global and domestic priorities are increasingly focused on reducing and reshaping geopolitical supply-chain constraints that affect the energy and energy-storage industries.
Medical Platform Progress and Commercial Positioning
During 2025, Clyra Medical Technologies continued to advance through coordinated commercial, product development, and clinical engagement activities. What began as a research-intensive effort to evolve BioLargo's proprietary iodine-based technology into revolutionary medical products has matured into a commercial-stage platform supported by multiple development and market-entry initiatives.
Clyra recently completed its first production run for non-surgical wound irrigation solution ViaClyr, with medical products distributor Advanced Solution under contract and preparing for market entry. Additionally, Clyra's surgical products are targeted for commercial launch as soon as possible thereafter. In parallel, expanded product designs are under development to support additional clinical and commercial applications like dental, wound dressings and more.
Clinical work is also underway by some of Clyra's key opinion leaders (KOLs), providing real-world application experience and evidence that will help medical professionals understand the safety and efficacy of the products and who are looking for the best and newest treatment alternatives for their patients. Clyra's KOLs will be presenting clinical findings at medical symposiums in early 2026, subject to customary clinical, regulatory, and publication considerations. We look forward to sharing more information as the results come in.
Based on current progress, BioLargo believes 2026 has the potential to represent a period of meaningful revenue contribution from Clyra as well as clinical and market validation of Clyra's products and BioLargo's technologies. Management views this as an important milestone in the platform's evolution from development into active commercialization.
A Portfolio Perspective on Long-Term Value
BioLargo is structured as a portfolio of independently developed technologies, each intended to address large, global markets shaped by environmental necessity, improving human health, infrastructure investment, and regulatory pressure. Management evaluates progress through a sum-of-the-parts perspective, recognizing that the intrinsic value of such a portfolio may not be reflected in the trading dynamics typical of early-stage public companies.
Over many years, BioLargo has invested patient capital into building this portfolio with intention, pursuing a capital-conserving strategy and assembling highly qualified teams around differentiated technologies. The company continues to refine its commercialization strategies as it prioritizes opportunities with the potential to support long-term value creation.
Management believes that each of BioLargo's core technologies will create meaningful impact in their respective industries and create substantial value for the company's stockholders.
Looking Ahead
As BioLargo enters 2026, global priorities related to infrastructure expansion, energy storage, environmental remediation, and medical innovation for human health continue to advance and evolve. With multiple technology platforms maturing and becoming ready for commercial adoption, and early deployment initiatives progressing, the company believes it is increasingly aligned with these global priorities and will be well positioned to gain global attention and commercial traction.
While the timing and scale of market adoption is always uncertain, BioLargo remains focused on executing its strategy and advancing its technologies responsibly. In management's view, the company enters the next phase of its development with the right technologies, the right teams, a disciplined strategy, and timing that is increasingly aligned with years of preparation.

$BLGO BioLargo Protects Its Intellectual Property That Built a National Brand - Pooph's License Was Revoked for Non-Payment and Unauthorized Activities
https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/chemicals/biolargo-protects-its-intellectual-property-that-built-a-national-brand-poophs-license-wa-1083795
WESTMINSTER, CA / ACCESS Newswire / October 7, 2025 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a cleantech innovator that creates and commercializes sustainable technologies, today reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the proprietary technology that built the Pooph pet-products brand and to defending its intellectual property, stockholders, and reputation following recent public statements by Pooph, Inc.
On September 25, 2025, BioLargo revoked Pooph's license to manufacture, market, and sell products containing BioLargo's technology after Pooph's failure to pay approximately $3.8 million owed for product purchases and license royalties, and the marketing of its products outside the pet industry. This termination followed on BioLargo's prior notice to Pooph that it had ceased delivering products due to Pooph's failure to pay monies owed.
Despite BioLargo's clear and lawful termination of the license, Pooph issued a press release containing allegations that BioLargo strongly denies and will vigorously defend against. The press release further referenced a lawsuit Pooph claims to have filed but has not yet attempted legal service.
"Our technology is the foundation that built the Pooph brand and made it successful," said Dennis P. Calvert, President and CEO of BioLargo. "BioLargo's patented odor control technology, developed and perfected over years of research, is what made Pooph possible. We acted decisively to revoke their license when Pooph failed to meet its financial obligations and stepped outside the agreed boundaries of our contract."
BioLargo emphasizes that its focus now is on protecting its intellectual property and redeploying its technology with new partners that share its commitment to quality, transparency, and integrity.
"We are confident that the facts will show that BioLargo acted appropriately and in good faith at all times," Calvert added. "Our technology continues to demonstrate its superior performance, and we look forward to working with responsible partners who honor their commitments."
BioLargo's leadership underscored that the Pooph dispute affects only that specific license and will have negligible effect on BioLargo's other business units or growth strategy. The company remains financially stable and focused on expanding its technology applications across consumer, industrial, and environmental markets, including health care.
"BioLargo's mission and long-term business trajectory remain strong," said Calvert. "We're focused on protecting our stockholders' interests, advancing our science, and continuing to bring our technology to market through new and better partnerships."

$BLGO BioLargo Demonstrates Over 99% Removal of Ultrashort-Chain PFAS Including TFA Using Aqueous Electrostatic Concentration Technology
https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/chemicals/biolargo-demonstrates-over-99-removal-of-ultrashort-chain-pfas-including-tfa-using-aqueou-1078547
WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA / ACCESS Newswire / September 29, 2025 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a cleantech innovator that creates and commercializes sustainable technologies, today announced compelling new evidence that its proprietary Aqueous Electrostatic Concentration (AEC) PFAS solution achieves over 99% removal of ultrashort-chain per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), including trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), a notoriously persistent and mobile contaminant which means it can move easily through the environment. TFA is difficult to remove and destroy because it has only two fluorinated carbon atoms (C2) making it resistant to typical environmental breakdown. It is often found in solvents and reagents used by industry, and is a common byproduct of many industrial processes. A study published in Environmental Science & Technology demonstrated that TFA accounted for more than 90% of the total PFAS mass (of 46 individual PFAS analyzed) in various drinking water sources in Germany.
This breakthrough marks a significant milestone in the fight against PFAS pollution, particularly for compounds like TFA that have eluded conventional treatment methods due to their small molecular size and high solubility.
"Ultrashort-chain PFAS are among the most challenging to capture and remove," said Randall Moore, President of BioLargo Water. "Our AEC technology has now demonstrated the ability to concentrate and eliminate these compounds with unprecedented efficiency. This further positions BioLargo as a leader in the current and next-generation PFAS treatment industry."
The company's internal testing, conducted in collaboration with third-party laboratories, confirms that AEC consistently removes TFA and other ultra-short chain PFAS at rates exceeding 99%, without generating harmful byproducts or secondary waste streams. These results build on BioLargo's previously validated performance with long-chain PFAS such as PFOA and PFOS. The BioLargo solution allows for the efficient removal and concentrated collection process of PFAS, which is then followed by a propriety destruction technique.
BioLargo's AEC system uses electrostatic forces to selectively attract and isolate charged contaminants from water, enabling scalable, energy-efficient treatment across a wide range of PFAS profiles. The technology is currently being deployed commercially in North America.
"This is a game-changer for communities and any industry grappling with PFAS contamination," said Dennis P. Calvert, CEO of BioLargo. "We now have solid evidence in hand that our technology can tackle the full spectrum of PFAS compounds-including the ultra-short-chain molecules that others leave behind. We are actively engaged in discussions with potential partners and customers to begin ramping up our commercial activities."

$BLGO Independent Evaluation Confirms Breakthrough Performance of BioLargo's Cellinity Battery Technology for Grid-Scale Energy Storage
https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/chemicals/independent-evaluation-confirms-breakthrough-performance-of-biolargos-cellinity-battery-t-1040814
WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA / ACCESS Newswire / June 18, 2025 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a company that creates and commercializes sustainable technologies to solve tough environmental and cleantech challenges, announced that a third-party evaluation has confirmed key advantages for its Cellinity battery technology's use in grid-scale battery energy storage applications.
The evaluation was conducted by U.S. BESS Corporation (www.usbesscorp.com), an expert provider of advanced energy storage solutions for critical infrastructure applications spanning utilities, defense, microgrids, and heavy industry.
U.S. BESS senior technical staff performed an examination of Cellinity's design and assembly protocols, inspection of testing infrastructure, review of data from test results, and an assessment of methodologies used for performance characterization, concluding that the following performance characteristics exclusive of any auxiliary systems are supported by their observations and are reasonably representative of the current Cellinity cell's demonstrated behavior:
Open circuit voltage: > 4.2 V
Operating temperature range: from 120°C to 250°C
Energy density: > 500 Wh/kg (calculated based on active material)
Power density: > 500 mW/cm3 (maximum observed value of 1579 W/kg at 230°C)
Charge capacity: Cell can be charged to 100% of theoretical capacity
Charge/discharge efficiency: ~100%
Energy efficiency: 95% at 230°C; 87% at 120°C
Self-discharge: No measurable self-discharge observed over test durations
Thermal cycling durability: Performance unaffected after repeated cycling
U.S. BESS Corp further concluded that it is reasonable to claim that a) the cell would not experience any thermal runaway, b) materials of construction are commonly available and can be domestically sourced, c) the cell does not contain any rare earth elements, and d) cell components are fully recyclable.
A Market Ready for Disruption
The global demand for grid-scale energy storage is rapidly growing to meet the rising loads driven by artificial intelligence, decarbonization mandates, and accelerated adoption of renewables. In 2024 alone, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (www.eia.gov) reported a 66% increase in U.S. battery energy storage capacity. While lithium-ion batteries currently dominate the market, they present known challenges: fire risks from thermal runaway, efficiency losses over time, and sourcing constraints related to rare and critical minerals.
BioLargo's Cellinity battery technology (www.biolargoenergy.com) overcomes these limitations by leveraging novel materials and architecture to deliver both exceptional thermal performance and operational efficiencywithout relying on rare earth elements.
Validation Supports Commercial Pathway
The U.S. BESS report concludes: "Based on our inspection and the evidence provided, U.S. BESS finds that the Cellinity Cell demonstrates a sufficient performance profile, with strong indications of high thermal stability, efficiency, energy and power density, and material sustainability, to suggest further investment in testing and commercialization. These attributes position this technology as a potential solution for critical gaps in grid-scale energy storage markets."
Randall Moore, Chief Technology Officer at BioLargo Energy Technologies, Inc., commented, "Our work to scale up the cell design, refine manufacturing techniques, and integrate cells into a functional module for commercial scale testing is underway."
CEO, Dennis P. Calvert commented, "We do not know of any long duration energy storage technology that can match Cellinity's technical claims for cost effective performance and safety. This third-party evaluation is an important piece of the puzzle for our business plan to bring Cellinity to the world through manufacturing joint ventures. We have several of these in development with potential partners and look forward to sharing more intel about those soon."

$BLGO BioLargo's PFAS Solution Provides Dramatic Long-Term Cost Savings Compared with Incumbent Technologies
https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/chemicals/biolargos-pfas-solution-provides-dramatic-long-term-cost-savings-compared-with-incumbent-1023383
Case studies show the company's innovative capture + destruction two-step approach can offer a scalable, economically feasible solution for PFAS elimination from drinking water, wastewater, and landfill leachate, capable of reducing lifecycle costs by over 80%
WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA / ACCESS Newswire / May 5, 2025 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a company that creates and commercializes sustainable technologies to solve tough environmental and cleantech challenges, announced case study data establishing over 80% long-term lifecycle cost savings of its AEC (Aqueous Electrostatic Concentrator) PFAS solution that can capture and destroy PFAS contamination down to non-detect levels in drinking water, wastewater, and landfill leachate.
The over 80% reduction in lifecycle costs (i.e. costs from replacing filtration media or substrate over time, and disposing of waste) comes from a steep reduction of PFAS-laden waste generated by BioLargo's AEC compared to carbon-based treatment systems, as well as lower replacement costs of BioLargo's treatment materials.
Since the inception of federal and state regulations limiting PFAS levels in drinking water (see https://www.epa.gov/sdwa/and-polyfluoroalkyl-substances-pfas), incumbent technologies like granular activated carbon (GAC) and ion exchange resins have been found to carry substantial lifecycle costs driven by the ongoing requirement to replace media and the transportation and disposal of wastes resulting their use into landfills or incinerators. Pending regulations from the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) would increase transportation costs for PFAS-laden waste even further.
BioLargo's AEC turns this paradigm on its head, with less ongoing media replacement, less waste, and ultimately total mineralization of that PFAS-laden waste using a separate electrochemical oxidation process. Learn more about the technology at https://www.biolargoequipment.com/pfas-solutions.
The enclosed figure based on the new case study data compares the lifecycle costs of BioLargo's AEC (in green) and a typical GAC-based system (blue) over a 10-year period. The AEC data were collected from trials with client-provided water and include ongoing costs for replacement membranes and costs to destroy the PFAS-laden waste via electro-oxidation. The GAC costs including ongoing costs for replacement carbon filters based on current pricing but do not include costs associated with transporting or disposing of PFAS-laden waste, or other costs like taxes, fees, and capital costs.
Furthermore, unlike GAC and ion exchange, BioLargo's AEC does not suffer from breakthrough or channeling phenomena that can occur with filtration media based PFAS capture technologies especially with short chain PFAS. In addition to better capturing PFAS chemicals, BioLargo engineers expect this will further reduce maintenance costs due to reduced frequency of media change-outs.
"Waste equals cost," said Tonya Chandler, President of BioLargo Equipment Solutions & Technologies. "We built the AEC specifically to capture PFAS efficiently onto small volumes of substrate. That means lower disposal costs, more affordable and less frequent maintenance, lower regulatory liability, and better, budget-friendly economics for utilities and municipalities trying to protect public health."
In an era when the public is demanding safe drinking water and the federal government is stepping up enforcement on PFAS under CERCLA, BioLargo's American-made technology offers a realistic path to addressing tough PFAS drinking water standards with less capital and operational costs than GAC and ion exchange technologies.

$BLGO BioLargo Provides 2024 Review and 2025 Outlook
https://www.accesswire.com/968767/biolargo-provides-2024-review-and-2025-outlook
Continued Strong Revenue Growth; Zero Share Dilution in 2nd Half of 2024
WESTMINSTER, CA / ACCESSWIRE / January 15, 2025 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a company that creates and commercializes sustainable technologies to solve tough environmental and cleantech challenges, is pleased to provide a recap of its successful 2024, and provide a corporate and business outlook for 2025.
"Thanks to the support of our shareholders, business partners, operating teams, and board, BioLargo had a widely successful 2024 spanning our business segments, financials, and stock performance. This past year was transformative for our company and was a testament to our evolution as a cleantech innovator and solutions provider. Our mission to create new cleantech technologies to solve tough problems advanced across all our operating segments," stated Dennis P. Calvert, President and CEO of BioLargo, Inc.
"Pooph, our consumer pet odor product line, is a great example of our core business model to invent a technology, prove it out, then partner with an expert that has the resources to properly monetize resulting products," continued Mr. Calvert. "Here, we partnered with award-winning consumer product experts to capitalize on our odor control technology. We receive a manufacturer's margin, royalty on sales, and 20% participation in any eventual sale of the brand. Pooph proved to be a significant contributor of revenue in 2024, having ramped to eight unique products, with more than fifteen SKUs available at retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, The Home Depot, Petsmart, Chewy, PetCo and more."
Mr. Calvert continued, "Pooph was not our only success in 2024, as great strides were also made in our medical, equipment and energy divisions. In medical, our subsidiary Clyra Medical focused its efforts on preparation of its Bioclynse wound irrigation solution for launch for surgical applications, spending countless hours and more than $2 million readying the product for at-scale manufacturing at an FDA-compliant manufacturing partner."
"Our battery technology subsidiary completed its pilot manufacturing facility and successfully produced and tested prototype cells revalidating key data that came with the initial acquisition," stated Mr. Calvert. "Our liquid-sodium battery doesn't have the drawbacks of lithium cells - no runaway fires, no toxic or hard-to-source chemicals or minerals - and provides a better option for energy storage, empowering grid stability and storage of renewable energy. It's safer, more sustainable, more durable and more cost-efficient than other batteries. In 2025, we are working hard to scale up cells and battery packs, complete third-party validation testing, and secure manufacturing licensing partnerships around the world."

$BLGO BioLargo Validates Key Performance Metrics of Its Cellinity Battery Energy Storage Technology
https://www.accesswire.com/930981/biolargo-validates-key-performance-metrics-of-its-cellinity-battery-energy-storage-technology
WESTMINSTER, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 14, 2024 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a company that creates and commercializes sustainable technologies to solve tough environmental and cleantech challenges, announced that its subsidiary BioLargo Energy Technologies, Inc. completed preliminary internal testing of its prototype battery cells confirming many of the technology's exceptional performance claims that make it an attractive battery technology for long duration energy storage.
The tests, done to verify the battery's performance claims made by its original inventors, confirmed the stability of the chemistry of the battery cell and the reliability of the component construction as a sealed, non-venting cell design with no self-discharging. The tests also helped verify the battery's ability to quickly charge and discharge at a high voltage.
Cellinity™ is BioLargo's next-generation battery platform designed to provide a better alternative to lithium-ion technology for applications including grid-scale storage, renewable energy storage, charging stations for electric vehicles, and a variety of other commercial and industrial applications. Cellinity is safer, more sustainable, longer lasting, and more energy-dense than lithium-ion batteries, traits that make it ideal for large-format long-duration energy storage applications. Learn more about Cellinity at www.BioLargoEnergy.com.
In addition to these internal tests, the company is also organizing third-party validation testing to be done on the more complex aspects of Cellinity's electrochemical performance with at least two acclaimed testing facilities.
Dennis P. Calvert, President and CEO of BioLargo, commented "With these results in hand, our engineers are now advancing the next steps in Cellinity's development: design and production of the larger format 'Spartan' Cellinity cells, and design and production of battery modules containing those cells. Stay tuned - we're very excited about the future of this important battery technology, and we think you should be too."
He continued, "According to a recently published article in The Economist titled 'Clean energy's next trillion-dollar business', global energy storage experts have predicted the global supply of battery energy storage will need to increase from today's 200 gigawatts to more than a terawatt by 2030 and more than five terawatts by 2050, fueling a market projected to be worth between $200 billion and $700 billion by 2030 and between $1 and $3 trillion by 2040. These projections underscore the critical role of batteries in the global energy transition and the massive global investment in battery innovation required to meet those targets. Because of its unique differentiators in safety, energy density, and lifespan, Cellinity is especially well-suited to assist in the global energy transition, and we intend to capitalize on that."

https://www.accesswire.com/879444/biolargo-engineering-increases-ongoing-revenue-with-another-air-force-contract
USAF work now amounts to over $100,000 in revenue per month.
WESTMINSTER, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 20, 2024 / BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQX:BLGO), a company that creates and commercializes sustainable technologies to solve tough environmental and cleantech challenges, announced that its engineering subsidiary has been awarded a subcontract to provide air quality services to two Arizona U.S. Air Force bases for up to four years, with expected annual revenue of approximately $812,000.
The news comes on the heels of a similar recently announced contract award to serve three Air Force bases in New Mexico, which has a potential annual average revenue of $650,000. BioLargo's work at the Arizona bases consists primarily of the air quality regulatory compliance portion of a Fence-to-Fence (F2F) support contract through prime contractor HLTLI Joint Venture, LLC, a joint venture between HL Environmental Services and TLI Solutions.
The four-year prime contract secures pricing for F2F services over the term of the contract but does not guarantee continuation of the contract over that duration. In the past, BioLargo's engineers have continued providing services through the duration of the prime contract. In total, BioLargo Engineering's work at Air Force bases now amounts to over $100,000 of revenue per month.
