Actually, this is very likely an anomaly caused by the OTC . It may...I emphasize MAY... be part of a reset process. I have seen this before with other OTC stocks.

Under our present hopes that BLFR may be about to rise from legal ashes, it could be a sign that the otc is preparing to move the stock from EM to a better tier.
Given that the company chose to go dark in terms of how it's shareholders can monitor their investment, there are very few ways important changes can manifest in the public domain. The OTC preparation to move the stock off of EM may just be one of those things we on the outside can actually observe and is something over which the company does not have much control.
Personally and only because of seeing this before, I got excited when I saw the B/A with no numbers.

I'm hopeful.

THV why are there no share prices? Is that something the company requested or is it SEC imposed etc., What is the reason for that? Doesn't look like a good sign to me.

Yup, usefully vague to provide two things:

1) Plenty of wiggle room on the management side regarding "time."
2)A bit of Hope for shareholders who've had their shares trapped by trading laws for " a little while."

FWIW,There are no share prices on the bid and ask today.The only way to Acquire or to Distribute shares now might be through a broker directly, not online....on phone line.

The company's sense of timing is new to me and that is that a "few weeks" is a long, long, long time........

THV i like to endorse your line of thinking and hope you are correct because that implies that they will produce strong performance and profit figures when they return to the market if not, I don't think retail public will be interested. Surely, they must realize that. Also, I think their last PR was very positive and probably part of the plan to capture the retail investor.
Not long now....I hope.

Could be wrong on this, just an observation . It looks like small changes are being made to the website. Nothing significant other than it suggests a possible desire to be ready to reconnect with the retail public.

I'm hoping for the best for them. They had some good momentum going and then the need to address litigation basically robbed the company of this momentum. I believe they can get it back, even now.

early 2026 is past- they are late- if they are going to release news- could happen anytime

I Really hope "over the next few weeks" is not going to turn out to be "over the next few months" or even longer. I know the timetable may not be all in their hands, but we expect predictions/projections are realistic. Given the sky-high energy prizes expecting high production/income figures is not unrealistic either.

Hope we will hear soon.

I cannot speak to the significance of this but last week BLFR updated some of the Securities data on otcmarkets.
OS is 89M , restricted 74M.

I want to feel encouraged, but I am cautious here for all the right reasons. I'm watching closely.

I’ve thought for some time that in order to keep share restrictions from sneakily getting removed and sold that they simply went expert market to keep control of all the certs given the changing of Ceo’s and control. I think it stays this way until they get through the legal hurdles to unwind and cancel shares. If and when that happens we will have a 12-15 million share float and good things can happen imo

Well, we got a week out of the way.   Hopefully we hear something next couple of weeks?

Very grateful for these updates, less so for being treated as something much less than a shareholder.

They may be EM, but there is no rationale for the treatment we have been subjected to .

Maybe blue skies ahead once again. I loved this company when it first came on the scene.

It also seems that the outstanding court case for 2Nov. is of no concern to them since he talks about the next few weeks.

Again, given the high energy prices they should come out with some splendid numbers! Any additional deals would be a bonus.

We should all congratulate ourselves for holding out for so long......

The post does refer to a website but cannot open it. One should look-up the case number for verification, I guess. But as someone mentioned to do that you must pay.

I would like to see some filings come out. Lets see if they are making any $$$.

There has been some more chatter on another board but more confusion.
According to some the bench trial for the case against Screaming Eagle has been moved to Nov.2, 2026. Case no. 24-10-16289.
If only the company would step in and give us the true state of affairs, but I guess that's too much to ask.

However, I assume nothing prevents them from operating normally and if so, they should be very profitable by now given the situation in the energy markets. I like to think to our benefit as well.

" I have heard this is all a done deal (meaning we are 99.9%) we will win shares will be clawed back. Hopefully this company has been working last year for deals while EM"

Hope the company will provide us with an update soonest since we waited such a long time to find out if we are still part of a sound operating company or not. Just bring this saga to conclusion either way.
