It’s actually better than adding $600K revenue, because revenue has costs attached.
Removing a non-cash expense is a pure $600K boost to net income.

Removing the $600K Interest = Adding $600K Revenue (or more)
1️⃣ GAAP math is simple:
Net Income = Revenue – Expenses

If you remove a $600K expense, net income rises by $600K.

If you add $600K revenue, net income rises by less than $600K because you must subtract COGS.

With BIEL’s 85% margin:

I received this email from a shareholder. I DID NOT RESPOND TO IT because frankly, I didn't feel I would be polite. Instead, I forwarded the email to Rick and asked him to respond IF he wanted to. The message today from Rick was in response to the email below:

Hello,

I am checking in because the threat of bankruptcy for this company
appears to be real. Can you PLEASE update your shareholders on what is
happening with the company. You are the CEO and have a duty to keep your
shareholders informed. To date, shareholders like myself have lost a lot
of money and in return we get radio silence from the company leadership.


It is a mystery what you do all day because you refuse to update
shareholders on strategy, direction or anything else that might be
happening with the company.

Please give an update, and if the update is that the company has been
run into the ground, then so be it because as least
investors/shareholders know where we stand and can sell remaining shares
before the company goes down to zero.

But we do deserve to know why the company has fallen so much over the
last 2 years!

bobby, i'm not worried about Biel. I could care less about it. biel is one of four sub pennies that I invested
in way back because I liked their product. I lost all my investment on all four.
if you had any business experience or knew anything about companies and how they operate you'd
spend ten minutes looking at the company, its fundamentals and history and you'd never glance at
it again.
i've no idea if you've personally got anything interesting going on behind closed doors, but if biel
had a scintilla of anything real going on, Kelly would be all over social media with it. she cannot
afford prs, but social media allows anyone to voice.
the reasons Biel hasn't ceased operations a long time ago would involve me teaching you a little about
certain advantages to having/owning a company and being CEO.

Oh give me a break. There is no money to pay back the interest they have accumulated. Sounds better from the self appointed CEO that they are 'foregoing'.

If she wanted to help this company and benefit her stockholders, maybe she should 'forgo' that 50% discounted stock price her family devised for their loans to this business, when all others had to pay full price for their stock.

I think for the foregoing interest they've proven they don't want it enough to force it , so I see no profitability in entertaining it since they're not going to do it. They've also said that Biel  not going to reverse split ever. They've also proven that by not doing it. That only comes when they become significantly profitable. 

If they wanted it... how would Whelan come up with the money to do so? One way and one way only R/S and dilute. THEY HAVE NO CASH.

A question worth asking…haven’t seen it asked here: Did Capital Factory (CF) influence the CEO transition at Electrome — and why might they?

Accelerators like Capital Factory often have major influence on early-stage companies. Their value isn’t just mentorship — it’s access to:
* Private investors
* Industry partners
* Government contacts
* Scaling expertise
Those partners (“the scalers”) expect strong returns, and they push for leadership that maximizes that outcome.

What CF and Its Partners Would Likely Evaluate
It’s reasonable to assume CF and its network would ask:
* Best storyteller for investors at a given point in time — who can raise capital and promote scaling most effectively
* Credibility with DoD/FDA — who can speak the language of regulators
* Technical validation leadership — who can guide the science and engineering
These questions can lead founders to reconsider who should be CEO for scaling depending on where Electrome is in the process.

No accelerator would ever publicly say:
“We tell founders who should be CEO.”
That would be politically toxic and legally risky.

Electrome Scales so BIEL Must Scale

As Electrome grows, BIEL must scale alongside it. That raises operational questions:

None of these would require public disclosure.

If Not Mayer, Then Who?

Someone skilled and experienced must be handling the scaling interface between Electrome and BIEL.

CF will absolutely scrutinize BIEL’s ability to scale in talks with Electrome, and they will guide Electrome accordingly.

If Mayer isn’t the one doing that work, someone else must be — because scaling is now mission-critical…for BIEL too.

I think BIEL and Electrome are working a lot closer than is thought, and BIEL benefits from CF indirectly via Electrome’s discussions

What good is getting into VA, pharmacies and whatnot if you don’t get additional FDA-registered facilities in place to make enough product within strict time frames, and not get your profit margins scalped in the process?

Sorry, sorry, one last post while I still have my phone in my hand. This technology PEMF is a wonderful. I have bought very large devices that push it to mattresses, giant coils. Have a lot of experience with it and have been very happy. Putting this technology in a wearable device is simply amazing. It has the uses, and I believe it's the tip of the iceberg.

I do have the sudden feeling our conversation is going to change on this board and we're all going to be saying we wish we would've bought more shares when it was still this low... I was definitely very profitable last time it jumped up to almost a penny and I did not sell, I do regret not selling just a little to cover what I bought for, but I believe the company has bigger and better things awaiting it. I believe there's an opportunity before us. I have been accumulating..
