What evidence can you present that this stock is being shorted?

Another tough day for the Biel shorters. They just can't seem to drive the PPS down. We have to feel sorry for them! lol Go Biel!

This POS is going nowhere face it. I bought the crap for a second time what was I thinking. Sheeeeety wanna be company. Trinket does not seem to sell. JMHO

All I said was "they GOT Electrome revenues in Q2," not "they will BOOK Q2 revenues in Q2," because in the word of Pink Limited, there is no quarterly ANYTHING. BIEL is not paying quarterly taxes because they don't pay taxes and they are not reporting quarterly. They will book it as 2026 revenue in the annual statement.

Unless you think BIEL will fail to deliver the goods by the end of the year. A valid concern, frankly, because Shenzhen CICD is not registered with the FDA to ship the devices to the USA and we don't know if they WILL re-register. And if CICD doesn't manufacture them, who would? That would be a monumental cost increase for BIEL.

But if we're being serious, of course BIEL will deliver the 25,000 units. Kelly will have the devices drop-shipped to California and never touch them. Kelly won't bail out on the deal because Electrome is her one and only shot at success.

BTW, there is no "may have received cash." They stated they DID receive money.

they may have received cash from Electrome but that doesn't mean it is recognized as revenue. Go read the financial statement notes: Revenues are recognized when performance obligations are satisfied through the transfer of promised goods to the Company’s customers. This includes the transfer of legal title, physical possession, pricing is fixed and determinable, and collection is reasonably assured.

BIEL's $18M debt and 25.7B O/S makes it a prohibitively bad shell. Even if Electrome could get it for free by assuming control of the BOD and then reverse-splitting and diluting to pay off all the debt, that would be a lot of work, would cause a shareholder bloodbath, would damage goodwill and reputation, and still wouldn't solve the problem of getting new money for Electrome's plans. Licensing and Distributing ActiPatch is a far better idea.

I agree that Electrome should reverse-merge into a shell. I know of at least one shell they could buy for about $300,000 - $500,000, but they don't have even THAT much money, and I don't see them getting funding now with Mayer gone. I think Zub and Nilsen committed company suicide by kicking Mayer to the curb. (Actually, I was thinking Electrome wasn't going to work anyway, even with Mayer kissing babies and pressing flesh.)

It will probably take MONTHS to see if I'm right, because I don't expect any news out of BIEL or Electrome any time soon. Electrome already gave Kelly a couple hundred thousand $$$ that I'm sure they can't get back, so they are committed to the BIEL thing at least short term.... unless there's a clause in the contract that lets them bail. Even then.... getting money back from Kelly Whelan? heh.

I'd like to hear the pumpers explain how Electrome, or anyone else, would "Buy" BIEL. Owning stock does not grant ownership -- owning all 24.7 billion imparts zero ownership because the BOD controls everything. There is no shareholder voting.

Electrome would have to cut a deal with Kelly and Rick to gain control of the BOD and existing shareholders would get wiped out, but it sure is fun to watch the pumpers clamor for their punishment!

Here's the positives Electrome would get from that:

1. Do an instant reverse split. Or two.
2. When the dust settles and the stock price reaches equilibrium, dilute to raise the money they desperately need and cannot get any other way.
3. Rinse and repeat.

Basically every developmental biotech run by competent management does this. It's part of the game.

And it's the only way KellBear and Slick Rick ever get their money back.

The main hurdle: Kelly is too ignorant, stubborn, proud, and/or thick to realize this. She'll never give up control of the BOD.

The key is for Electrome becoming a publicity traded company and Biel as a shell company can fast track it.
Electrome, a company seeking investors to get firmly off the ground itself, would somehow come up with funds to buy BIEL. Uh-huh. That would surely impress their investors. Geesh. No explanation for why it is key for Electrome to go public, but the proper route would be to get on its feet and do an IPO to generate additional funds. But hey, fantasy is fun, dontcha know? And this is pure fantasy.

Now, now - you clearly aren't paying close enough attention. Haven't you been reading? Electrome is perfectly positioned to purchase BIEL. Kelly clearly has a price in mind that will enrich her, other investors, and of course shareholders. You know - Electrome! The company which just ousted the CEO who announced the BIEL partnership and agreement to buy and market BIEL products. Now that he is gone and replaced, Electrome can move forward with purchasing BIEL.

You know - it makes sense. Ken clearly stated he didn't have any interest in BIEL's corporate entity. I bet that is precisely why he was removed from his role! He was standing firmly in the path of those other Electrome board members who definitely see purchasing BIEL as a significant move forward. When Electrome gets its financing aligned, then they can make that happen. In fact, I bet approaching VC firms and other angel investors with a proposal to purchase BIEL as part of their go-forward plans, those potential investors will be lining up around the block to 'get on board'!

Just think of all the positives Electrome would get for their purchase! No - I mean it - you have to think of those positives, because I can't come up with a single one. BUT I am sure they exist! They must! They have to!!!

Anyway, a million board reads in the last 15 minutes, so hey all is good.

To me I don’t see any value in BIELS especially with so many companies that try to market under their Company brand as far as Acti-Patch goes. The connection I see with both Electrome and BIELS they both share in the same technology not like any other company they try working with. The key is for Electrome becoming a publicity traded company and Biel as a shell company can fast track it.I feel the value Acti-Patch brings by marketing properly Advertising will bring revenue as it will help Exposing Electrome to the public which is the focus that I’m sure they looking at. . I see it as Whalen and all involved will structure to finally walk away with $$$$$$ Keep in mind you can see Electrome has done their Due Diligence with the FDA as well. 

It is proven that they cannot do this on their own. Stockholders that have held onto this for YEARS have found that out. The hope and prayer was that they could generate enough sales that they could be sold to a more qualified and successful company that is capable of selling these products. Even this family CEO has stated such a desire. But with this losing money every year, that is not looking good for any sales price that would make the stockholders happy. Right now at .0003 stock price (sales price), that would make this worth $7,500,000. And that is before all those family notes convert to common stock. That conversion must happen before any sale would commence. And let's not forget EXIM bank and Stalein loans. They go first also before the stockholders. Therefore that market cap at .0003 (sales price) would be higher. At this time with THOSE financials, is this company even worth what the market cap is right now -- $7.5 MILLION?

Oh but if Electrome accomplished what Mayer wanted, BIEL *could* amount to something.

Problem: Mayer is gone, and reliable sources say that Zubcevik and Nilsen consider the ActiPatch to be a "toy" in comparison to the SofPulse design they developed and are now cloning.

But at least it's something about which to dream. Nobody before has focused on selling the ActiPatch -- not Boots, not B. Braun, not KT Tape, not Donjoy, and sadly, not even BIEL.

If an experienced competent CEO ran BIEL, things might be different. That's not going to happen though.

I know we are speculating.

"Patent pending" does not mean the USPTO has granted the patent and approval is pending. "Patent Pending" just means the inventor submitted a patent application.

I just checked the Vagus patent application, and they still haven't assigned it to an examiner. I think the current Administration gutted the USPTO the way they gutted almost everything else.

The USPTO portal got a lot harder to use... you have to install a Verification app on your phone. But the USPTO portal is the only legitimate source for patent DD. Google is not accurate or reliable.

While I'm on my soapbox.... Quarters don't matter to a pink limited ticker. You're not going to get quarterly ANYTHING for BIEL. On April 30th 2027 you'll see FY 2026 numbers, but not until.

We'll probably see a photo of a carton containing Electrome ActiPatches sometime this year, but we won't get any meaningful numbers, IMO. Prove me wrong, KellBear and Slick Rick.

Actually, they got Electrome revenues in Q2. Probably some licensing fees too.

Can't repeat this enough: it all boils down to Electrome. Without Electrome, BIEL is an insolvent Zombie that can stagger along forever if the creditors remain patient. With Electrome, BIEL can start repaying the debt.

BIEL is never going to buy back shares and the Whelans will never forgive their debt. Kelly might never pay back EX-IM Bank or the SEC, but she'll probably start paying back Rick and Nigel.

It will be interesting to see what Adam Staelin does if/when Rick bequeaths the Staelin debt to his heirs. Remember how Andy fired Adam back then..... Adam would have the power to force BK and restructuring. Rick seems to like Kelly, so maybe Adam has "forgiven and forgotten....."

With agreements and and contracts in place and seeing with the 2 recent PR from BIELS and any PR from Electrome, we should see definitely very shortly  a substantial spike in the share price. Especially what we are currently seeing with the Bid and Ask.
Obviously Electrome will want to acquire Biel at these these low numbers. But I’m sure Biel’s executives already has a number in mind that not only will all of the executive be rewarded handsomely but all shareholders as well. All the Executives finally retire and walk away $$$ Happily!!
I can only let you know from my experience from my past how it worked out well for me.I can only speculate on this one but knowing from my past, we shall see.

Revenue from deal with electron Q3

I think it's funny that we're even talking about that 2025 financial statement now. When it came out on April 30th, we looked at it, saw that it sucked, and moved on.

Rick brings it up two months later, and the pumpers start cooing "ooooh look at that, profit!"

I think Rick saw the way TripTrey's fan base gushed over his " "interest expense doesn't count" and "stripping down to bare-bones operations is a good thing" BS, and Rick said "I can't believe they're THAT stupid -- maybe I'LL give it a go!"

On the positive side though -- this is a change in Rick's approach from his veiled warning in the 2023 Christmas letter, where he said:Need for Short-Term Financing

The lack of significant sales volume has severely limited the Company’s ability to actively market its product line. Most of the funding has come from inside investors (mainly myself). As has been the case for a number of years, the lack of positive cash flow has forced the Company to make many short-term decisions that have acted as a barrier for potential growth. It has also led to the Company looking for additional financing. The Company cannot provide assurances that it will be able to obtain the needed financing, on acceptable terms or otherwise. If the Company is unable to obtain short term financing, it is likely that the Company will need to explore strategic alternatives, including possible dissolution. In the event the Company does obtain financing, there can be no assurances the Company will be able to achieve any of the objectives or milestones described above. The subsequent 2024 Disclosure statement affirmed his financing worries.... and then they stopped disclosing financing in the 2025 Disclosure statement. But the takeaway here, I think, is: if BIEL can eke out a slight operational profit before interest expense as they did in 2025, and the creditors remain patient, and Kelly never draws a salary, and they continue to not spend money on R&D or advertising/marketing and metaphorically run the company out of the trunk of their car.... Maybe Rick won't have to pour any more money into this thing.

Assuming the EX-IM Bank, the SEC, Nigel Timothy, and the other non-Whelan creditors accept that they're not getting their money back any time soon, of course.

If you want to talk about the Financial Statement, Rick, I'd love to see an explanation of how you stripped expenses down so low.

* In past years, the "Cost of Goods Sold" was close to 30-50% of Sales, but in 2025 it was only 15% -- how did you do that, Rick? Is that because you sold mostly RecoveryRx? Or old inventory for which you already booked the cost?

* How did you get "Other General and Admin Expenses" down to $156,485? That's $200,000 lower than the bare-bones 2024 number and over $400,000 lower than 2020 -- "Other General and Admin Expenses" doesn't include R&D or Marketing.

Sorry, but without transparency, this looks like smoke and mirrors. Not that matters -- the financial statements are unaudited and nobody cares anyway.

It all boils down to one thing: Electrome. And they just ghosted us.

Very interesting observation and possibility. Many companies will take (buy) (merge) a shell company to go public. That speeds up and avoids all the red tape to become a publicly traded corporation, thus selling shares to the public. This is done occasionally with start up companies. If Electrome needs cash, this is definitely a way to generate that by the speeding up of going public. The thought for that is what will BIEL stockholders get? Will they (Electrome cause more dilution for BIEL stockholders by offering more stock on the open market for the new company?

What is sad, is that Bioelectronics could be considered a 'shell company', LOL.

You have to spend money to make money, but BIEL has opted for the opposite approach: cut operating costs to "survival mode," bury their head in the sand, and hope that a miracle happens.

That "miracle" was supposed to be Electrome, but there was a mutiny at Electrome. They went into ghost mode, Mayer went into hiding, and their Q4 2025 launch that got pushed back to Q3 2026 is nowhere in sight.

Electrome needs $$$ millions. The money they DID get was mostly from investors attracted by Mayer, and those investors have to be worried about their money now.

Mayer was hoping for $$$ millions from BIEL shareholders in his StartEngine crowdfunding campaign. Of course, he wasn't going to get much more than a few hundred thousand, but now, with Mayer gone, why bother even starting that Engine.

So where is Electrome going to get $$$ millions now without their energetic charismatic CEO? Will anyone here give 2% Milk Lutefisk Nilsen any money?

I wonder how Nigel Timothy is feeling about all this drama. BIEL owes him about a million dollars they can't repay, and he threw money at Electrome when Mayer was running it. That guy seems to have a pretty high risk tolerance. Higher than mine, anyway.

No, the foregone interest is not included in that Interest Expense line.

$613,752 is the interest they accrued in 2025 on the Staelin loans, Ex-IM Bank loan, and all other loans not held by Kelly and Lauren and therefore accruing interest. If they counted the foregone Whelan interest, which of course no accountant would ever do, that number would be over $1.5 million.

I am constantly amazed by how ignorant BIEL shareholders are about balance sheets. It's morbidly fascinating.
