Hi G-Star,  Actually I don't quite see it. When I tap the Private message, I see only the options for sending a reply back to that person.

Up in the top right corner, I see 3 dots, and when I tap it the options are:

Follow user
Block user and Delete chat

When I do hit the last option, it doesn't Delete at all.

You're down 90% on BIEL and you're unlikely to ever get your money back. The OTC is littered with zombie biotechs like this one that never work out. Smart money takes their losses and moves on to something profitable. Stupid money rides a bad stock down to the bottom, hoping for divine intervention.

But don't feel too bad for yourself. The Whelans have lost a lot more than you. Feel bad for THEM. It's starting to look like they will never get their money back either. I used to think they could do a R/S and get their money back but I'm starting to think they waited too long, and now a R/S will just trash the stock without giving them their payday because they are simply too naive and ignorant to make a R/S work for them.

I used to think Staelin had the business acumen and intelligence to get his money back through a R/S but now I think he doesn't have much control here, even though he's the COB. If he had control he'd have done the R/S already. I think it's too late now. The Whelans have destroyed any momentum this product ever had.

Staelin keeps saying "this is a R&D and manufacturing company" but R&D is a waste of time and money unless they run some large full-scale trials that would convince the insurance industry to reimburse for the device, and since your "beloved BIEL" has no money or ambition, that will never happen. As for "manufacturing," well, what's the point of manufacturing a product that isn't selling.

The 2024 annual financial statement is going to suck. They didn't even get their traditional once-per-year $100,000 restocking order -- even if they got one now, their skeleton Shipping Department couldn't get it shipped by year end so it wouldn't get booked until fiscal year 2025 which means it wouldn't show up on a financial report until March 2026.

And I assume you've realized that the NOPAIN Act is not going to include RecoveryRx or the ActiPatch (or SofPulse if that eases the pain). It won't be official for a few weeks so I guess we can wait to talk about that.

At the height of BIEL'S bullshit in 2005 the PPS reached 55 cents per share. But that was when BIEL still only had 900K ish shares. When they started diluting in 2006 things went south.

Conservatively assume each office orders 10/mo. @ $100 each for BIEL (Vet sells for $200?, a bargain compared to the Assisi Loop):
1000 x 100 x 10 x 12 = $12,000,000 rev/year.

100 VA Hospitals:
Conservatively assume each hospital orders 100 RecoveryRx per month ($100 each for BIEL):
100 x 100 x 100 x 12 = $12,000,000 rev/year.

Using a profit of $20 mil and P/E = 100
PPS = .08!

This would be enough to pay back all of the loans and implement a stock buy back program.

OR they can implement a share buyback program (after they become profitable), and then slowly convert their debt to shares. For example, they can buy back two billion shares (put into the treasury), then convert some debt to one billion shares, then repeat in steps until all of the debt is paid off, a "two steps forward, one step back" process. Dr. Staelin's debt is interest only (not convertable to shares). This could all be accomplished with a couple of good contacts. In the blink of the eye, BIEL could become a debt free, cash cow company, ready to uplist to NASDAQ!

They went public because they had no money and the ‘family’ devised a personal profiting 50% discounted price stock deal for their loans while all others have to pay full price for their investment. They figured it will all pay off for themselves when those note/loans matured. But the problem occurred when those notes DID mature as there was no money to payback their loans and not enough common stock to pay off those conversions. Thus if they want to convert their notes to stock they will have to raise the authorized shares before they can execute their conversions. NO money - NO stock. Thus the remaining of over $12 million in note/loans that remain on the books as unpaid and DUE.

BIEL is a scam, now they're playing cover-up to make it appear legit in the eyes of investors.😎

They've been actively doing it since 2010.😎

The management should have started small and tried selling in their own neighborhood, then see if it sells and branch out from there. AW KW RS could have sold the junk from their garage at first. Instead they fantasized about selling around the world, and they have no warehouse stocked full of inventory. So, a distributor calls and finds out they need to pay up front one half the total, then wait for the product to be made and shipped.

This is the way a company that has NO MONEY - NO CREDIT - NO WAREHOUSE - NO INVENTORY operates.

Usually a company goes public when they see a steady increase in sales growth of 25% each quarter, WITH GOOD MANAGEMENT.

BIEL has NONE OF THE ABOVE. 😎

WOW, just checked. 4 trades all day Friday. Over 5,000,00 shares at .0002 and only 100,000 shares traded at .0003 ($30). That cannot be good.

Venture capital investments are typically only available to billionaires. BIEL is probably the closest any of us will ever get to having a venture capital type of investment opportunity.
