ASRE pushing the HES Free Energy has has obviously
destroyed ALL Integrity that the company may have ever had.

“As of December 2, 2024, the board of directors of Astra Energy Inc., accepted the resignation of Benjamin Grier from all positions at Astra. Mr. Grier felt there was a lack of board oversight of management and there was a lack of appropriate protocols”.

It is clear that Astra CEO Ron Loudoun, Robert Holcomb and others are constantly misleading shareholders, financiers, investors, joint venture partners, and the regulators by making unsubstantiated claims, let's call them lies, for their own financial benefit and nothing more.

Grim reading indeed. The Powertron cash never came through and i also notice that the original payment was $750,000 and not the $1million claimed. There is also a lie at the bottom of the 10k stating there are no legal proceedings against any director- Holcomb is up to his neck in legal difficulties.

The Form 10-K Annual Report reads like a horror story for Astra and its shareholders - 2024 has not been a good year with all 3 Divisions not doing well at all.

There can be no "full speed ahead" with the Holcomb stuff as it is all nonsense. The rest of Astra's business is actually real world tech and may or may not have prospects of success, as is the case with any corporation. The fact that Astra have got involved with Holcomb suggests an act of desperation and it puts a cloud of doubt over managerial competence.

If everything is so rosy here, why does this continue to go down everyday. For a company that touts full speed ahead in all divisions, late on the 10K, Can't close a deal that was supposed to create shareholder value, almost no other news and a share price at .06 cents which looks a lot like dilution. Somebody please explain to me what the definition of shareholder value cause it sure doesn't look like these great leaders know what that means!
