NEW YORK, May 1, 2013 /CNW/ - Global Emerging Markets NA,
Inc. announced that on April 29, 2013
one of its affiliates, GEM Holdco, LLC ("GEM"), amended its
complaint in a lawsuit against Changing World Technologies, L.P.
("CWT") to include Ridgeline Energy Services, Inc. ("Ridgeline")
(TSXV: RLE CN) and its CEO, Dennis
Danzik, as defendants with respect to certain claims
including, variously, Tortious Interference with Contract, Breach
of Agreement, and Conspiracy to Commit Torts.
GEM's claims against CWT, now amended to also include
Jean Noelting as defendant,
variously include Breach of Agreements, Breach of the Implied
Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Tortious Interference with
Business Relations, Conspiracy to Commit Torts, and Tortious
Interference with Contract.
GEM claims damages in excess of $27
million.
