Actually I think it is possible. I have watched small amount of sells at or below the bid move the price down. Several of those in a row on relatively small vol can move the SP down in a retail stock such as AVXL.

If you can short into the higher vol close to the top of a move I think

FHFA and CFPB, their time is numbered; close to abolish agreed or disagreed under the Trump II admin. My personal opinion is these two need to go away for good for the sake of MAGA. You be the judge.
