Approximately 8,936 oz of silver was contained in concentrate and sold at US$74.8 per oz. The processing campaign treated approximately 1,845 tonnes of Apuradita feed grading 248 g/t Ag and 0.8% Pb.Underground mining operations at Apuradita continue at a steady rate with the Company maintaining a monthly production target of 300 tonnes of silver-bearing mineralized material for the remainder of 2026. The Company notes highly-prospective exploration potential with initial tranche results demonstrating the silver-bearing mineralization at Apuradita extends to surface, which is approximately 20 meters vertically from the tunnel. The feed tonnages may be expanded beyond 2026 as additional mineralized zones are delineated and developed.As outlined in the news release dated July 8, 2024, sulphide mineralized material at Apuradita is being extracted using the shrinkage stoping method. The two stopes are designed with approximate dimensions of 30 meters in length, 20 meters in height, and 4 meters in width, targeting an extraction rate of 20 to 40 tonnes per day. Based on historical diamond drilling and internal geological modeling, the average grade of sulphide material is 412 g/t Ag, 1.09% Pb, and 0.38% Zn (see the Company's news release dated July 8, 2024, for the underlying drill hole parameters and technical data required by National Instrument 43-101).Ongoing underground development has delineated multiple high-grade areas within the Apuradita tunnel, and the Company is advancing additional mining faces through crosscuts and drifts to access and extract silver-bearing mineralized material from these zones.In parallel, the Company has identified three distinct mineralization zones within the broader Apuradita project that are potentially amenable to open-pit mining. Systematic sampling of all zones is underway to define the silver grade and lateral extent of mineralization. The Company appreciates the continued support from local communities, while operations continue at a steady rate with expansion plans underway. Qualified PersonThe technical contents of this news release have been prepared under the supervision of Carlos Zamora, a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) and a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) since 2024, who is an employee of the Company and is not considered independent. Mr. Zamora is a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The Qualified Person has reviewed and verified the data disclosed herein, including sampling, analytical and test data, and considers it to be reliable for the purposes of this disclosure.QA/QCSilver Elephant Mining Corp. sends samples to ALS Global Laboratories in Oruro, Bolivia for sample preparation, after which the prepared pulps are shipped to ALS Global laboratories for analysis in Lima, Peru. Samples are analyzed using Intermediate Level Four acid digestion. Silver over-limits ("ore grade") are determined by fire assay with a gravimetric finish for precise quantification. ALS Laboratories' sample management system meets all requirements of International Standards ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015. All ALS geochemical hub laboratories are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for specific analytical procedures. All samples are collected from HQ and NQ-diameter diamond drill core which is longitudinally halved using a diamond-blade masonry saw. One-half of the core is submitted for laboratory analysis, while the other half is preserved on the Company's secured core facility for future reference. Together with the first tranche closing on January 23, 2026, Silver Elephant has raised a gross total of $825,000. ("Andean") arising from a contractual dispute under the parties' Master Services Agreement ("MSA") and related sales and purchase agreement executed on September 11, 2023. As previously disclosed in its news release dated February 27, 2025, Silver Elephant delivered a dispute notice to Andean under the MSA, which led to the commencement of the arbitration proceedings. Pursuant to the binding decision, the arbitrator found that Andean breached the MSA by failing to pay additional consideration owing to Silver Elephant and ordered Andean to pay Silver Elephant USD 1.0 million (the "Additional Consideration"), together with pre-judgment interest of approximately USD 36,077.37, compounded monthly from December 18, 2024 to the date of the award. In her 88-page award dated January 26, 2026, the arbitrator rejected all of Andean's counterclaims, including allegations that Silver Elephant wrongfully terminated the MSA, as asserted in Andean's news release dated December 31, 2024.The arbitrator further found that Silver Elephant did not engage in any illegal mining activities, as alleged by Andean and by Corporación Minera de Bolivia ("COMIBOL"), as detailed in the Company's news release dated December 31, 2024.The arbitrator further ordered that USD 274,553.55 in respect of a security deposit advanced by Andean in 2024 be set off against the Additional Consideration payable to Silver Elephant. This set-off amount is consistent with Silver Elephant's calculations and results in a substantial net recovery to the Company. The outcome is well received by Silver Elephant.Separately, the Company is evaluating further claims against Andean in connection with Andean's ongoing mining activities in the Paca area, which forms a core part of the Mining Production Contract ("MPC") that has been in dispute since December 31, 2024, between COMIBOL and Silver Elephant. The MPC had granted Silver Elephant exclusive rights to mine and develop Pulacayo and Paca projects since 2019. Silver Elephant continues to pursue a number of administrative and judicial avenues to reinstate the MPC with COMIBOL and will provide further updates as appropriate. I'm back in for a small position. They are proving up their Minago nickel reserves and nickel demand should continue up! Also drilling a nice piece of ground in Pulacayo. If we aren't at the bottom now we must be very close. I expect drill results later this summer to be really good.

Hit my stops. Color me gone. Divesting copper company may make them some $ but it's an unknown at this point!

Nickle back over $8. The plot thickens. Continuing to accumulate slowly.

I'd like to see nickel prices get back above $7.50 pound. It seems to be trying. SILEF has more than 100 million oz. of indicated silver in ground and 100 million lb. of nickel. 2.2 billion of lead and zinc, 1 billion of nickel & vanadium. They continue to derisk their assets and the majors are beginning to take notice. If metals start to take off I'll be adding a lot of shares! I'm looking forward to silverfest II coming this October to meet the players. CEO John Lee is making things happen.

So this stock can do well on its name only. And furthermore, its ticker symbol may show whenever someone searches for SIL which is the well known silver producers, mining ETF. So it can get that crowd too.

It doesn't matter if it has any real business operations. That's not important to the Millennial generation who anyway are unable to distinguish between what is a man and what is a woman.

They bot NWGC solely because of its globalist sounding name. NWGC doesn't have a working telephone or website. It has over 2 billion shares out and no cash apparently. But it went from 1pt to nearly 1 cent in a couple weeks. You could;ve bot a million shares last year for about $200, then sold a week ago for $9000.

This is a whole new world where the worse stocks go up, but the real companies producing silver and gold see their shares fall for lack of interest. Don't try to figure it out.

I think silver and nickel have just about found their bottom. As it turns out the company has no plans to produce nickel from Minago but keep the resourse in the ground and let the price rise. Elon Musk quote follows -

I'll continue to add shares cautiously and wait for the game to develop. SILEF plans to triple it's silver holdings this year and I believe they will. They certainly are non-traditional in the way they drill to prove up reserves but it is very cost effective. CEO has plenty of skin in the game so he is incentivised to provide shareholder $ returns. Color me long and patient. I tried to add some cheap shares today with silver prices down but didn't get filled at .292. Maybe tomorrow.

Nickel was pounded over the past week to 3 month lows. Does anyone believe that will hold when commodities begin to reflect the sins of the printing pres fed?

Silver and gold have really been taken to the woodshed this week. My SILEF has finally got on the "take a beaten train". My total PF took a spankimg today while the market rallied hard. They usually spike em down just before a run. I hope that's what this week was about. Silver $25.25 but I doubt you can buy any physical near that price!

Silver has been pounded hard the past couple of days but SILEF is hanging in there. Very interesting! All my PM holdings are down but SILEF is actually up.

Silver is up .95 as I write this post. If silver could make a strong breakout I think any miner sith Silver in it's name will rise sharply. I added a few shares of SILEF today. Hopefully, Silve4r makes it's long awaited breakout in March. I also added some ASM.

Thanks for the update. I'm optimistic about the potential for nickel but I'll hang in there and watch the volume and price movement before I buy any more shares. They have seemed pretty solid of late.

Tejas747; I moved out several weeks ago. Things I like; royalty income from their Mongolian coal mines. Sort of dislike it for the same reason. I think they have good holdings of silver, but all they do is drill for samples. They have a Vanadium mine in Nevada, scheduled to open this or next year. (We know how that goes!)
I have not followed the nickle mine. I have been watching REES and Scandium in other companies. I suspect SILEF be overextended in their holdings. Plan to hold and sell them sometime??

If someone could shed some light on when Minago could be producing some cash flow to help with things it would be much appreciated. Any Canadians with first hand knowledge about SILEF out there? I bailed out of my last speculative stock (ALPP) way to soon and I don't want to repeat that scenario! Most probable I would hope for a buyout.

I've read many of the old posts. Looks like this management is not rock solid with their fiduciary duties. A brother in law in gang. LOL I'll take it a lot easier than I had planned but I still like the potential.

Long - but not strong! LOL

I've been trying to verify the growth of nickel requirement for the new EV batteries. What I find so far is that the longer life batteries will continue to increase the ammount of nickel in their batteries. With the growth of EV alone there should be incredible growth for nickel and higher prices. I haven't been following this company very long but it seems to me they have great potential for increaseing their silver holdings and super potential for their nickle company acquisition. No doubt they will dilute us some but I think we can stand it without dilution of price. If nickel does what I believe it will the recent acquisition will support dilution and still have dynamic upside. On the other hand if the company is run by skunks I would appreciate all the old hands here sounding off before I get too deep in.
