I'm not sure I would count the $1T number as anything new. Nobody is saying the Treasury stake is worth $1T. Just sounds like the combined GSE F2 equity value is up to $1T. I think the plan from Q3 of last year is still fundamentally intact.

The guy in the case was CONVICTED by SEC of pump and dump and sentence to 21 months and probably only serve year of that. and fined 4 million in il gotten gains. The issue was the guy appealed he should be allowed to keep his ill gotten gains as the SEC cannot prove anyone was financially 'harmed'.
