Auxinet plc ("the Company")

The Company was advised on 17th April 2003 that following the sale of 710,500
shares on 15th April 2003, AMVESCAP PLC (AMVESCAP) and subsidiary companies on
behalf of discretionary clients, no longer have a notifiable interest in the
Ordinary 1p shares of the Company.

In addition INVESCO Pepetual UK Smaller Companies Growth Fund no longer has a
notifiable holding but INVESCO English and International Trust PLC currently
holds 2,009,308 shares (4.60%) previously 5.11% registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Limited.
