Wayfair Inc. (NYSE:W) delivered fourth-quarter results that topped profit expectations, but the market reaction was muted, with shares edging lower in premarket trading as investors weighed the company’s broader performance and outlook.The online home goods retailer reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.85, comfortably ahead of the $0.68 analysts had forecast. Revenue totaled $3.3 billion, broadly matching consensus estimates and marking a 6.9% increase from the year-ago quarter.In the U.S., net revenue rose 7.4% year over year to $2.9 billion, while international sales climbed 3.7% to $395 million. Wayfair said that excluding the effect of its withdrawal from Germany, total net revenue would have grown 7.8% compared to the prior year.“Q4 capped off a tremendous year for Wayfair, with revenue growing 7.8% year-over-year excluding the impact of Germany,” said Niraj Shah, CEO, co-founder and co-chairman of Wayfair. “We had our third consecutive quarter of new customer growth, on top of healthy growth in repeat orders, all in the face of a category that contracted in the low single digits.”The company posted a net loss of $116 million, or -$0.89 per diluted share, narrowing from a $128 million loss, or -$1.02 per share, a year earlier. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA surged to $224 million, more than doubling from $96 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.Wayfair ended the period with 21.3 million active customers, down 0.5% from the prior year. Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial HighlightsTotal net revenue of $3.3 billion, increased $216 million, up 6.9% year over year. Total net revenue excluding the impact of our exit from the German market grew 7.8% year over yearU.S. net revenue of $2.9 billion, increased $202 million, up 7.4% year over yearInternational net revenue of $395 million, increased $14 million, up 3.7% year over year. International Net Revenue Constant Currency Growth was 1.3%Gross profit was $1.0 billion, or 30.3% of total net revenue. Sold most of my stock in June(70%), but held the rest until 4 weeks ago. It was painful selling the rest. I do believe in the company, but I also do believe the Globalists are going to derail the US economy in order to sway the election next year. This impeachment magic act going on now, IMO, is just the beginning of what is to come. I'm down to just one stock. My IRA is just cash and gold now. I really hope I am wrong about the Globalists.

Earnings news and fact that Wayfair has never made a profit yet, is fair in assessing value. If they don't make a profit soon the share price will continue to decline IMHO.

Wayfair Inc (NYSE:W) is a leading home furnishing and décor website operator. This stock peaked out on March 21, 2019 at $173.71 a share. Since that high pivot in the stock, the shares have tumbled sharply lower. Currently, Wayfair (W) stock is trading at $121.04 a share. Unfortunately, the stock is in a weak technical position as it trades below its 50-week moving average. Traders and investor must now look lower for solid chart support. The next major support level for the stock should be around the $108.50 area. This level is where the 100-week moving average is located. It is also a level where the stock broke out in late January 2019. This level should be defended by the markets when it is initially retested.

Wayfair is great long term stock. I did sell about 70% of my stock recently, but hey, nice to have cash in my TD IRA to gorge myself on some lesser penny stocks now and then. Thanks to Wayfair board, I have come on top.

A 30% hair cut from today’s price is imminent. Short sellers are piling up. Price goes up in low volume. What does that mean to you? Big sellers pumping up to unload shares. Price goes up must go down - I learned it from my finance professor ??

Selling here with the insiders. It’s a win win tactic. Wayfair is not Amazon. The heavy logistics costs, the return, and the restocking costs will never going to turn it into profitable unless they put the costs on the customers hands. I’ll be a buyer when that happens
