During the fiscal 2026 first quarter ended February 28, 2026, the Company revised its reportable segments to align with how the Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) manages the business, assesses performance and allocates resources.
The Company now operates in four reportable segments comprised of three reportable segments related to its global information technology (“IT”) distribution business organized within three geographic regions known as the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific and Japan (“APJ”). Kagele succeeds Steve Ichinaga, who is transitioning to an advisory role after four decades of service at TD SYNNEX, including the last 15 years as the founding executive of Hyve Solutions.
