A Share Issuance by an S&P/TSX Composite Index

TORONTO, July 8, 2014 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian
Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX
Canadian Indices:
Element Financial Corporation (TSX:EFN) has
announced the completion of the acquisition of certain
fleet-management assets from PHH Corp.(NYSE:PHH). The relative
weight of Element Financial will increase in the S&P/TSX
Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX Completion and the
S&P/TSX Capped Financials Indices to reflect the issuance of
new common shares as part of the transaction. The relative weight
of Element Financial will not change in the S&P/TSX Composite
Equal Weight Index. These index changes will be effective after the
close of trading on Tuesday, July 15,
2014.
