Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 29, 2024, Cheniere Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.500 per share payable on November 18, 2024 to shareholders of record as of November 8, 2024. The Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

Cheniere Declares Quarterly Dividend

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE: LNG) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.500 ($2.00 annualized) per common share, an increase of approximately 15% from the prior quarter, payable on November 18, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2024.
