ON FORM 6-K
Attached is an
English translation of the letter dated May 3, 2024, filed by the
Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the
Comisión Nacional de Valores.
The
company reports that it has renewed the loan agreement between its
subsidiary Tyrus S.A. and YAD LEVIIM LTD. for a period of 3 years,
with an annual interest rate of 7% starting from March 23, 2024.
The remaining conditions remain in force.
The
Audit Committee had no objections to this transaction and the
statement is available to all the Shareholders at the
Company´s headquarters.
