If we uplist it will be because the green bond money came in and it will be a SELF UNDERWRITTEN UP LIST without an accompanying offering. There will be no pressure on the stock after an RS so it should trade very well. We have excellent advisors and counsel that we trust. 

Some response from the company to this drop in pps would help. IF there is a problem I cannot find anything in terms of bad news. I continue to see this as a very oversold stock. TWT if I am right on this. HAWK
