ATLANTA, April 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (the "Company") (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $500 million of its outstanding common stock under its share repurchase program, increasing the total authorization under the program by $250 million. Under its current share repurchase program, the Company has repurchased approximately 3.9 million shares of its outstanding common stock at an average price of $23.36 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of $90 million. With the increase in the share repurchase program, the Company currently has $410 million of its outstanding common stock remaining for authorized repurchase.Purchases made pursuant to the program will be made from time to time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, or in other manners as permitted by federal securities laws and other legal requirements. The specific timing, manner, price and size of any repurchases will depend on prevailing stock prices, general economic and market conditions and other considerations. Extends Existing Term Loan MaturitiesATLANTA, April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE:CUZ) announced today that is has closed on a new five-year, $1.2 billion unsecured credit facility. This new facility replaces the Company's existing facility, which was scheduled to mature in April 2027, and increases its borrowing capacity by $200 million. The Company also amended its existing $400 million and $100 million unsecured term loans, adding two six-month extension options to each. The all-in borrowing spread improved by fifteen basis points on both the revolving credit facility and the $400 million term loan, and thirty basis points on the $100 million term loan. The current borrowing spread on the revolving credit facility is 72.5 basis points over SOFR, and the current borrowing spread on both term loans is 80 basis points over SOFR. ATLANTA, March 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that it has executed a long-term lease for 116,000 square feet with Oracle at its Neuhoff mixed-use development in Nashville, TN. Oracle is expected to occupy the space in the second half of 2026.Oracle's offices at Neuhoff will overlook construction of its new headquarters campus along the opposite bank of the Cumberland River. The Oracle campus will be connected to Neuhoff by a pedestrian bridge.Cousins owns Neuhoff in a 50/50 joint venture with a large, institutional investor. New City Properties, a commercial development firm headquartered in Atlanta, serves as the development partner on behalf of Cousins and its joint venture partner. Neuhoff consists of approximately 395,000 square feet of office space, 55,000 square feet of retail space and 542 apartments. Located in the Uptown submarket of Charlotte, 300 South Tryon was built in 2017 and is currently 100% leased with a weighted average lease term of six years.The acquisition will be funded with a combination of proceeds from non-core asset sales, debt financing and/or the settlement of common shares previously issued on a forward basis under Cousins' ATM program. Cousins Properties Incorporated (Cousins) is a real estate investment trust. The Company has six reportable segments: Office, Retail, Land, Third-Party Management, For-Sale Multi-Family and Other. The Office segment includes results of operations for office properties. The Retail segment includes results of operations for retail centers. The Land segment includes results of operations for various tracts of land that are held for investment or future development, and single-family residential communities that are parceled into lots and sold to various homebuilders or sold as undeveloped tracts of land. The Third-Party Management segment includes fee income where Cousins manages, leases and/or develops properties for other owners. The For-Sale Multi-Family segment includes results of operations for development and sale of multi-family real estate projects. In December 2011, it announced sale of its two remaining industrial buildings, along with the remainder of its Texas industrial land.
