Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 31, 2024, the Board of Directors of ARC Document Solutions, Inc, (the "Company") authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable on November 29, 2024 to the holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on October 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

ARC Announces Quarterly Dividend

SAN RAMON, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 31, 2024 / ARC Document Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:ARC) announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable November 29, 2024, to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2024.
