Why "Seeing Everything" Just Became a Defense Budget PriorityFebruary 11, 2026 8:05 AM
PR Newswire (US)
Issued on behalf of VisionWave Holdings, Inc.NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Insider News Commentary – The world's militaries have a blind spot problem, and they're writing big checks to fix it. The global space-based C4ISR sector is on track to hit $3.4 billion in 2026, growing at a 7.5% clip as nations race to deploy satellite constellations for real-time intelligence[1]. At the same time, the defense geospatial market is swelling to $148 billion this year, driven by AI analytics that fuse satellite imagery, RF sensing, and ground-level data into a single operational picture[2]. That convergence of orbital and terrestrial perception is drawing institutional capital toward a handful of companies building the infrastructure for total situational awareness: VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV), SaverOne (NASDAQ: SVRE), BlackSky Technology (NYSE: BKSY), Planet Labs (NYSE: PL), and Comtech Telecommunications (NASDAQ: CMTL).
The numbers keep reinforcing the thesis. Analysts project the global space militarization market will reach $63.38 billion in 2026, underwritten by investments in space-based sensors, domain monitoring, and AI-integrated defense systems[3]. Meanwhile, defense communication intelligence has grown into a $23.34 billion market, confirming that multi-domain awareness; from orbit to the tactical edge; has become the primary value driver institutions are pricing into the 2026 cycle[4].VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) demonstrated compelling real-world performance of SaverOne's RF-based Vulnerable Road User detection system before a major global commercial vehicle manufacturer. The live test proved the technology can locate pedestrians in conditions where conventional sensors break down, specifically total darkness and scenarios where individuals are hidden behind parked vehicles. For retail investors unfamiliar with the space, this matters because current autonomous safety systems still rely heavily on cameras that need clear sightlines to function.SaverOne's system works differently. Instead of requiring direct visual contact with a person, it uses radio-frequency sensing to detect the mobile devices pedestrians carry. That means the vehicle's awareness extends beyond what any camera or human eye can reach, giving operators and autonomous platforms a wider detection window before a threat becomes visible.During controlled field testing, the VRU platform activated as soon as the test vehicle began moving, identifying nearby pedestrians before any visual cue appeared on screen. Alert displays escalated from initial warnings to urgent notifications as individuals moved into the vehicle's path. The system successfully detected two separate pedestrians concealed behind parked cars, and maintained full functionality in pitch darkness. The test conditions were specifically designed to push real-world deployment limits."This demonstration shows what happens when perception is no longer limited by line-of-sight," said Dr. Danny Rittman, Chief Technology Officer of VisionWave. "The system detects human presence and movement where cameras and the human eye cannot, providing earlier awareness and more time to react. We believe this capability may represent an advancement in how vehicles and platforms understand their surroundings in certain use cases."The underlying technology should not be confused with radar or LiDAR. RF-based detection analyzes electromagnetic interactions with mobile devices, which allows it to track human movement through physical obstacles, poor weather, and cluttered urban environments where vision-based systems lose reliability.VisionWave established a strategic exchange agreement with SaverOne in a three-stage deal worth $7.0 million. Contingent on milestone achievement and shareholder approval, VisionWave could control roughly 51% of SaverOne on a fully diluted basis. The company is now evaluating whether VRU architecture can scale into defense and security applications, including unmanned aerial systems, unmanned ground vehicles, and stationary installations where detecting concealed humans is critical.VisionWave develops artificial intelligence, RF sensing, autonomous systems, and computational acceleration platforms for unmanned operations. The firm advanced capabilities across dual markets, progressing RF defense technology and QuantumSpeed asset integration. VisionWave acquired QuantumSpeed at a $99.6 million independent valuation and integrates it with proprietary qSpeed acceleration systems. VisionWave continues expanding into Southern Europe through distribution partnerships in Italy and Spain for critical infrastructure maintenance.CONTINUED… Read this and more news for VisionWave Holdings at:

The agreement marks the company's third Satellite Services contract in twelve months with over half a billion dollars across contracts supporting national security needs of Japan via JSAT and in collaboration with Germany."Europe needs its own eyes, and Sweden is leading the way by rapidly securing its own comprehensive space capability," said Will Marshall, CEO and Co-Founder of Planet Labs. "By leveraging Planet's scaled production line and agile aerospace methodology, Sweden achieves both the speed and long-term sovereignty they require, without compromise."Through the contract, Sweden will own a suite of cutting-edge satellites with access to high-resolution data and intelligence solutions. Planet Labs has successfully launched over 600 satellites to date providing near-daily scans of Earth's landmass and tens of millions of square kilometers of global oceans with the company announcing its forthcoming Owl constellation designed to deliver near-daily 1-meter class imagery.Comtech Telecommunications (NASDAQ: CMTL) received a contract worth over $5 million to supply advanced electronic components and engineering services supporting a key civil space exploration program. The follow-on award enables a leading aerospace and defense prime contractor to deliver innovative technologies helping the U.S. explore new areas of the lunar surface."We are honored to support this critical civil space program, and this award demonstrates the trust of our partners as we continue to deliver mission-critical technologies and services for some of the most high-profile space missions in the world," said Daniel Gizinski, President of Comtech Telecommunications Satellite & Space Communications Segment. "With the global space industry projected to grow to $1.8 trillion by 2035, we anticipate continued demand from our key space components customers."As a trusted end-to-end microelectronics supplier, Comtech Telecommunications has provided comprehensive parts procurement and supply chain management for space-bound customers worldwide since 1976. The company maintains relationships with demanding organizations including NASA and the Department of Defense for management of critical space components.Article Sources: https://equity-insider.com/2025/09/25/the-ai-defense-technology-developments-on-the-rise-in-2025-26/CONTACT:

The Invisible Shield: 5 Stocks Solving The $16B Blind SpotFebruary 6, 2026 11:54 AM
PR Newswire (US)
Issued on behalf of VisionWave Holdings, Inc.NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- USA News Group News Commentary – Surveillance has evolved from passive recording to predictive threat detection. AI-powered analytics are now deeply integrated into smart city deployments to secure commercial facilities and critical infrastructure[1]. This technological leap coincides with a major regulatory shift: federal frameworks are standardizing Level 4 safety protocols while states accelerate robotaxi permitting in geofenced urban zones[2]. Leading this convergence of RF sensing, LiDAR precision, and aerial ISR are VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV), SaverOne (NASDAQ: SVRE), Innoviz Technologies (NASDAQ: INVZ), Cloudastructure (NASDAQ: CSAI), and AgEagle Aerial Systems (NYSE: UAVS).
Defense modernization budgets are prioritizing ISR dominance. The Military Electro-Optical and Infrared Systems Market is expanding from $8.93 billion in 2025 to a projected $13.51 billion by 2035 as armed forces invest in next-generation targeting[3]. However, the primary value driver for the 2026 cycle is sensor fusion. Architectures combining multi-modal inputs reached $16.67 billion this year, with analysts projecting 40.73% compound growth through 2035 as autonomous mobility and AI-based platforms scale globally[4].VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) just announced a successful live demonstration of SaverOne's (NASDAQ: SVRE) RF-based Vulnerable Road User platform before a leading global commercial vehicle manufacturer in Italy. The demonstration showed the system detecting pedestrians in challenging conditions where traditional cameras and sensors struggle, including complete darkness and scenarios where people were hidden behind parked cars. The platform uses radio-frequency sensing to identify mobile devices carried by pedestrians, providing earlier awareness than conventional vision-based systems that require direct line of sight."This demonstration shows what happens when perception is no longer limited by line-of-sight," said Dr. Danny Rittman, Chief Technology Officer of VisionWave. "The system detects human presence and movement where cameras and the human eye cannot — providing earlier awareness and more time to react. We believe this capability may represent an advancement in how vehicles and platforms understand their surroundings in certain use cases."During the controlled demonstration, the VRU system activated as the vehicle began moving and identified nearby pedestrians moments before any visible danger appeared. Visual indicators on the vehicle's central screen escalated from initial detection alerts to red warnings as pedestrians crossed into the vehicle's path. The system successfully detected two pedestrians concealed behind different cars and maintained detection capability in total darkness, conditions specifically chosen to stress-test real-world performance.Unlike camera, radar, or LiDAR systems that depend on direct visual input, the RF-based approach analyzes electromagnetic interactions with mobile devices to detect and track human movement even when obscured by obstacles, weather, or urban clutter.VisionWave previously entered into a strategic exchange agreement with SaverOne in a three-stage deal worth $7.0 million. If milestones are achieved and shareholders approve, VisionWave could control roughly 51% of SaverOne on a fully diluted basis. The company is evaluating whether the VRU detection architecture extends beyond automotive safety into defense and security applications, including potential deployment on unmanned aerial systems, unmanned ground vehicles, and fixed installations where detecting human movement behind terrain or structures matters.VisionWave develops artificial intelligence, RF sensing, autonomy, and computational acceleration technologies for unmanned and autonomous systems. Why Smart Money Is Chasing This Defense Tech ShiftFebruary 2, 2026 9:25 AM
PR Newswire (US)
Issued on behalf of VisionWave Holdings, Inc.VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Insider News Commentary – The global defense playbook is being rewritten in real-time. Sovereign security isn't just about hardware anymore; it relies entirely on the AI systems running the show. This shift is funneling massive capital into a specific sector sweet spot. U.S. Defense tech spending is projected to hit $384 billion in fiscal 2026, a massive 71% jump from 2020 levels as funds rush toward advanced digital platforms[1]. This creates a high-conviction setup for the software backbone: Electronic Design Automation (EDA). This market is expected to reach $33.5 billion by 2033, driven by the AI workflows that cut design cycles from months to weeks[2]. This intersection creates asymmetric upside for the physical technology stack, including VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV), Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), Moog (NYSE: MOG.A, MOG.B), GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE), and Tenable (NASDAQ: TENB).
The momentum extends beyond the battlefield into mission-critical commercial infrastructure. We are watching the hybrid electric aircraft market aggressively scale, projected to surge to $6.74 billion by 2030 as propulsion innovation becomes mandatory for cost reduction[3]. Simultaneously, the regulatory landscape is locking in these gains. The new NIST Cybersecurity Framework Profile for AI has effectively established automated exposure management as the primary value driver for government contractors navigating the 2026 cycle[4]. These structural tailwinds signal a pivotal moment for the companies building the digital architecture of the next decade.VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) just announced a major execution milestone in its joint venture with Boca Jom Ltd., completing the transfer of three comprehensive intellectual property portfolios covering Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools. These aren't just patents on paper. The transferred IP includes complete system architectures, source code, algorithm definitions, technical diagrams, detailed development methodologies, and structured development roadmaps that management believes will enable the joint venture to move directly into final development, testing, and integration phases. The IP supports three advanced semiconductor design tools addressing critical bottlenecks in chip manufacturing: AstraDRC for automated design rule corrections, VerityLVS for layout verification, and RelianceRV for reliability testing at advanced manufacturing nodes. As chips get smaller and more complex, manually checking designs for errors becomes increasingly impractical. These tools automate workflows that semiconductor companies currently struggle to handle efficiently, potentially accelerating layout closure and reducing costly design mismatches.Simultaneously, VisionWave assembled a specialized team of RF experts to advance its VisionRF platform, a radio-frequency imaging system designed to provide real-time situational awareness through walls and other visual obstructions. The team brings decades of combined experience in RF engineering, antenna design, radar systems, and advanced signal processing. Management is targeting a proof-of-concept demonstration with potential applications spanning emergency response, security, surveillance, reconnaissance, and tactical military operations. This development builds on VisionWave's recent strategic exchange agreement with Israeli tech company SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (NASDAQ: SVRE) in a three-stage deal worth $7.0 million. VisionWave could control roughly 51% of SaverOne on a fully diluted basis if milestones are achieved and shareholders approve. The partnership combines VisionWave's RF sensing and AI analytics with SaverOne's Vulnerable Road User platform to detect concealed threats where traditional optical cameras and LiDAR systems fail. The company also acquired the qSpeed computational acceleration engine, independently valued at $99.6 million, which shrinks computation cycles from minutes to seconds for time-critical threat response systems. U.S. Patent No. 12,499,578 secures enforceable protection for the RF sensing and AI architecture underlying both its Argus counter-drone technology and SkyWeave communications backbone.VisionWave is also expanding into Southern Europe through its Solar Drone Ltd. subsidiary, securing distribution agreements for Italy and Spain covering critical infrastructure maintenance markets. The company plans to deploy up to $10 million in U.S.-based development over the next six to twelve months to accelerate commercialization timelines across its technology platform.CONTINUED… Read this and more news for VisionWave Holdings at:

Defense Stocks Ignite as $900 Billion Pentagon Budget Triggers AI Tech RevolutionJanuary 27, 2026 5:05 PM
PR Newswire (US)
Issued on behalf of VisionWave Holdings, Inc.Equity Insider News CommentaryVANCOUVER , BC, Jan. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2026 defense cycle is officially underway with a massive $900.6 billion Pentagon budget authorization[1]. This tidal wave of capital is forcing a total overhaul of electronic warfare and sensing tech as modern threats become harder to detect. The electronic warfare market is projected to hit $20.01 billion this year[2]. This surge is driven by a desperate need for AI-powered signal processing that can see what legacy systems miss. This massive structural shift puts a bright spotlight on VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV), Leonardo DRS (NASDAQ: DRS), L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX), Mercury Systems (NASDAQ: MRCY), and Cloudastructure (NASDAQ: CSAI).
The Missile Defense Agency is backing this play with a $151 billion SHIELD contract vehicle that demands the immediate integration of edge computing[3]. In a world where every second counts, the $586.37 billion homeland security market is pivoting toward AI-enabled platforms that can collapse decision cycles from minutes to mere seconds[4]. This move isn't just about safety; it's about establishing a massive technical advantage through autonomous response execution. For the smart money, the real ROI is in the platforms that can process data faster than the enemy can move.VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) has entered into a definitive strategic exchange agreement with SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (NASDAQ: SVRE) in a three-stage transaction valued at $7.0 million in staged equity consideration. Under the agreement, VisionWave may acquire approximately 51% of the Israeli technology company on a fully diluted basis, subject to milestone achievement, regulatory approvals, and shareholder approval from SaverOne. Both companies' boards unanimously approved the transaction following an independent fairness opinion from BDO Consulting Group. The partnership aims to integrate VisionWave's proprietary radio-frequency sensing and AI-driven analytics technologies into SaverOne's existing VRU (Vulnerable Road User) platform. The combined system is designed to address concealed, obscured, and non-line-of-sight threats in environments where optical and LiDAR-only sensing systems face limitations, including occlusion, cluttered terrain, adverse weather, and complex infrastructure settings. Management currently estimates an RF-enhanced, commercially deployable solution addressing identified concealed-threat scenarios could be demonstrated during the 2026 calendar year, subject to continued development, testing, and validation.SaverOne will serve as the core operating platform for specified RF-based defense and security applications, supported by a non-exclusive global license to VisionWave's RF sensing technologies. The unified platform intends to support detection of concealed threats, counter-drone sensing, perimeter and infrastructure protection, battlefield situational awareness, and RF-based threat classification in complex environments across military, homeland security, and critical infrastructure deployments.VisionWave recently acquired the qSpeed computational acceleration engine, independently valued at $99.6 million by BDO Consulting Group. This technology addresses decision latency between threat detection and response execution by collapsing computation cycles from minutes into seconds. The system prioritizes decision-critical computations first, enabling rapid initial conclusions that continuously refine themselves as additional data becomes available. The company has announced initial progress integrating qSpeed across its WaveStrike RF-enabled fire control systems and Argus counter-drone technology. The company's intellectual property position includes U.S. Patent No. 12,499,578, which secures enforceable protection for the radio-frequency sensing and artificial intelligence architecture powering both Argus and its SkyWeave high-frequency communications backbone.VisionWave is executing strategic expansion into Southern Europe through its Solar Drone Ltd. subsidiary, having secured follow-on hardware orders and distribution agreements covering Italy and Spain for critical infrastructure maintenance markets. The company's universal Adaptation Kit enables integration of heavy-duty payloads exceeding 200 pounds into third-party drone fleets. VisionWave plans to invest up to $10 million in U.S.-based development over the next 6 to 12 months to accelerate commercialization timelines.CONTINUED… Read this and more news for VisionWave Holdings at:

Hello, all... this is my first post on IH since 20ish years ago Yes, it's been that long, I imagine some of you weren't even born yet or were still being potty trained. I'm getting back into retail trading as I'm now semi-retired and having fun, looking at new (or revisiting) hobbies. I Gemini'd popular spec stock forums and IH came up and once I visited I was like, 'Oh, this looks familiar!' Sure thing, I checked and IH has been around since 2000 and sounds about right when I joined around 2004. So, I thought I'd join the crew of speculative adventurers starting with SVRE. I’ve been tracking this play for a few months, and with a long entry secured pre-$1 (and ongoing/still biting). There has been endless noise surrounding a "short squeeze" with this ticker. Let me be definitive: That hype simply was never true, at least not since February 2025. The beauty of this opportunity is that it has never relied on forcing anyone out. The forthcoming 1:3 reverse stock split this Wednesday, 12/10, is mathematically reducing the ADS float from approximately 2.16M shares to a mere 722,377 shares. The short interest on this play is around or less than 3%. This is the heart of the play: Think about the dynamics - Today’s trading volume was 378k shares. That volume alone is over 50% of the entire future float that will exist on Wednesday. We need consistency, not 10s of millions in volume and capital. Consistent buying volume, even in small sizes, is the only force required to eventually and statistically overwhelm the supply sellers, and not an almost inconsequential percentage of short sellers. The simple laws of supply and demand can take over the price action. This is a chance for us to be the wolves in the driver’s seat, not the sheep in the passenger's seat. We are not passengers fighting to push others out hoping the car doesn't crash while doing so; we are the drivers of the only car on the road. If we're in the driver's seat, we simply have to drive fast and lock the doors, and very few can get in to stop us. This dynamic is supported not only by the extraordinarily low float, but also by the enormous cost applied to anyone betting against us: Borrow costs apply to short sellers. While the current fee on SVRE sits around 39.01%, this rate is floating and not fixed. We saw what happened today with SMX, where the borrow cost escalated from an already atmospheric high rate to an astronomical 972% after market close. This escalation is the ultimate mechanism of long-side control. Every increase in price we create makes the short's position exponentially more expensive. We are defining the price floor, not the ceiling. The foundation is solid and the immediate opportunity is the supply shock created by this reverse split. This may or may not be your next SMX or GME (or NCEN as I had the privilege of going long on in 2005), but being in the driver's seat for once and not trying desperately to 'squeeze' others out may prove to be a winning strategy, after all. Good luck and God's speed.
