Transaction to take Realbotix LLC, a premier social humanoid robot company, to the Nasdaq

LAS VEGAS, May 19, 2026--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Realbotix Corp. (TSX-V: XBOT) (Frankfurt: 76M0.F) (OTC: XBOTF) ("Realbotix" or the "Parent Company"), a leading AI humanoid robot manufacturer for social tasks, is pleased to provide an update on its previously announced transaction to list Realbotix LLC ("RealLLC" or the "Subsidiary"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Realbotix, on the Nasdaq Capital Market via a reverse takeover transaction with Onconetix, Inc. Sure do they sold out their own shareholders and plan on a Reverse Split to really bend them over for the new company.

Seller will own 90% of the Fully Diluted Shares, THE SELLER IS REALBOTIX so ONCO shareholders will hold 10% until the RS which will most likely be a 50 to1 which means existing holders of common shares will own about half a percent when it's all said and done.

Of course the dirtbags who will make out will be the losers who allowed such a piss poor deal and their total failure of the FIDUCIARY DUTIES to shareholders who pay same said dirtbags. NO DOUBT THERE ARE GOLDEN PARACHUTES READY TO GET INSIDERS AS FAR AWAY FROM SHAREHOLDERS AS POSSIBLE.
