7 working days left in june and still absolutely nothing. Not even capex numbers. It is going to be gut wrenching if this all ends up to be another round of lip service and nothing materializes again. If the geopolitical heat goes away and this cools off too much without funding we could end up back in 2024. Just the thought makes me nauseous.

Congrats for them! If you look at UUU 1 year low/high share price they went from $5.33 to almost $28 a share. That’s a 425% share price increase.

$NB 1 year low/high has went up 480% obviously SP has dropped but I think with DFS, binding term Traxys and EXIM news we reach $20+ a share price range. It all depends if Sims and Smith market NioCorp the correct way with an all out media blitz.

Its unfortunate the county board minutes are the biggest news we have right now. The company needs to start producing on their own talking points or the board will have a lot less to talk about.

Jim responded to a question from a Reddit poster, "No impacts … we have multiple external law firms that handle all legal matters for the company." As Chico noted at the time, there has been no official announcement from the company saying he’s departed.

I think the hold-up is the CapEx. In the Maxim video, Mark said that, on that on or about the first part of June they should have a very good idea of what those numbers are, and they will report those immediately. The numbers haven't been reported yet and we're no longer in the first part of June. He then followed up with the 2-3 weeks estimate in the Blair video. Lots of much-anticipated stuff within the next 13 days (9 work days), and the last week in June is a holiday week (7/3).

Related or not, IMO whatever precipitated the departure of the GC was probably unexpected and inopportune. At the very least is cannot have been helpful. The timing is certainly notable and a replacement has not yet been named.

Mark Smith is a bloviated wind bag. Financing would have been completed years ago. How many FS have been drafted? This thing should be leading the pack instead it's still treading water.

Be careful what you ask for. Everyone wishes things would have happened sooner, but the fact of the matter is that this project would not have advanced to the point where we are today without Mark Smith, and if he was gone tomorrow as you wish, that would set this project and mine back immeasurably, including with the EXIM process, which is now in its final stages.

If the ore is proven, there is ZERO reason why this company won't get the financing...eventhough they may have to dilute a pinch, if they get the financing, I see $12 to $15, So, was I willing to invest in a stock that will return a 200% return in a year to 18 months? ABSOLUTELY. I guess I should be praising His Imminence for not getting the deal done sooner as it allowed me to find this company.

The final determination by the independent qualified persons requires economic viability. The stated "2-3 weeks" to "know more" began today.

Proven mineral reserve is the economically mineable part of a measured mineral resource and can only result from conversion of a measured mineral resource.
It's one question I have that makes my investment a risk.
A simple pre-investment Google search would have told you, repeatedly and in no uncertain terms, that pre-production, unfinanced mining is high risk.
Unless I'm mistaken, the overall stated Q2 timeline is still in play.

I'm kind of confused on the markets reaction to the Fed...What was the market expecting...a rate cut? Surely with oil dropping, the market will continue to benefit and inflation drop. It's a total over reaction as far as I'm concerned.

Does that quote actually state the reserves are now proven? What context is that in and who is stating it? Mark Imminent Smith. He stated the work is done. He didn't come out and say, nor has the company even announced Reserves are Proven. Essentially what he has stated is the assays are done and they've been shipped off to EXIM. Does EXIM state the reserves are now proven? Why has there been zero announcement by the company stating the company's reserves are proven? It's one question I have that makes my investment a risk. Of course, the other is the CAPEX. Certainly the CAPEX is going up regardless of any associated saving due to updating processes. How much is the question? Will they need to dilute AGAIN? Mark Imminent Smith stated they would need to raise more money. So, that's the other risk.

Did the last drilling assay rerank the reserves from "Probable," to "Proven?"
In the April Maxim video, Mark was asked:

"Are you still doing some site work to update the feasibility study for EXIM and other purposes?"

Mark: "All the drilling for that purpose is done and that was for the purpose as infield drilling just to raise the mining engineering level of reserves from probable reserves to proven reserves. That work is done, complete. We’ve submitted all the technical work to EXIM, they're reviewing it right now, but that work is done."

In the March RedChip video, he stated: "We are 100% confident that we will exceed the requirements that EXIM has put in front of us. This orebody proves out every single time to be a unique one-of-a kind orebody that needs to be mined, so we’re thrilled with those drilling results."

Shiny new name for a few months and then a quick career research project of the ceo complete with old pictures and old names? Nah, This guy has been around for a long time. Several different names. It is what it is. Im sure there is more than 1 guy with an axe grind given the performances of molycorp, ibc, and nb. Doesn't matter whose fault moly was, there are always bagholders. Some of the folks at largo just love him im sure. As I've said before, the contents of this silly message board cannot and will not change a thing whichever way this ends up going.

Whether he is right or wrong, we really do need to be seeing some progress right about now. We dont have bagholders yet but we do have golden parachute money.

I don't bash the company or the mine. I think the mine itself is legit...For Christ's sake that's why I first bought the shares after what went down in December, it seemed as if things were finally happening...Little did I know that the CEO is a proverbial liar.
