JMO, Trump probably is floating the idea because he likes the idea of a buffer from Russia closer to Europe and better access to the Arctic for security reasons just like Russia wants a buffer in Ukraine though don’t agree with their hostile aggression and seizing of territory.

Global power has drastically changed in the last few years with Russia/China alliance. JMO but think Trump is responding to this new global threat of the other 2 super powers and trying to create a better buffer.


All the aside, US should move closer to strengthen alliance with Europe and Canada IMO.

Actually the mining in Greenland would help the whole world offset the inevitable major supply line interruptions from CCP/Russia and that axis.
Maybe think about the US making an attempt on annexing Greenland as a similar scenario to the US paying for most of NATO (Canada paying a fraction of the stated minimum), with Uncle Sam stupidly paying for much of the world's defense bills and protecting the seas around the world..... while people moan and cry and point fingers and call US 'hosers' and accuse the US of imperialism....... I hope elk creek Nebraska is actually seen as a viable mineable resource to someone that matters. From the silence of the last decade I'm not sure there are any outside entities interested in purchasing the resource, or even any large money source that believes in the process needed to mine the materials. We have yet to fully declare what minerals we would plan to make available from the resource. I have yet to see any text regarding anyone being interested in acquiring or financing this project. I'm getting nervous that the pre-spacfuck share price right before trading stopped for the merge will haunt me forever.

If we reject any low ball purchase offers, they can just wait for bankruptcy and sweep in afterwards like vultures to a carcass if they want. I don't even break even till 5.00, and that is a long way away at this point. Mega news is needed to even get there. Does money trickle in for REE studies and FS, or does the entire thing just get funded blindly in a billion dollar chunk and we get going? I don't see the later. EXIM-EMP, DOD, JPM, Loan guantess, offtakes.... smoke.

I also would like to know if CBMM can provide product into the distant future for everyone under contract. I believe communications to the members of the federal delegation are a positive thing from investors and this group, but I would suggest that phone calls and e-mails to members of the delegation "every single day" and "daily until we get financing" may not be a positive thing, given how busy these members of the delegation and their staffs are, particularly right now getting up and running under the new administration. We were told we were shovel ready after the first feasibility study 8 years ago! Our project should have been financed nearly a decade ago. Management has failed miserably at obtaining financing. To top off their incompetence, they make a deal that gave away half of the company for nothing in return!!! The result was a loss of hundreds of millions of market cap loss to investors.

Totally agree ge. I also think NE's State electors could do a better job advocating for NioCorp Federal assistance. We now have Republican elected Senators/=, Congressmen and Governor and a Republican dominated Senate, Congress and President.

It's not just NioCorp that needs to put he petal to the metal. As important if not more important are the Republican electors from Nebraska who interface with the President. Before the Congress/Senate potentially flips Democratic in the mid terms, I hope NioCorp can take advantage of this time to reach out for help from these NE Senators, Congressmen and Governor and ask Trump for his help in getting NioCorp expedited through EXIM (this year!).

This project is in the interest of the state of Nebraska both in terms of jobs, tax revenue and national security and would think getting NioCorp financed would be a major priority for them within this wondow of opportunity while al 3 houses are Republican this year.

I agree with you NorCal. Either the current mgt delivers financing this year or just sell the mine as you suggested to a large mining co that can deliver results. Many of us are stuck with shares that have fallen to lows that are not even worth selling. Would like to see a rebound and recoup our original investment which will be difficult but anything would be better than what we've endured these last 2 years.

Very hopeful that with a new energy friendly administration we can get the financing to finish the FS and soon after financing for the mine... Things seem to be lined up nicely and would think we will hear something within this first quarter..... If however we do not see significant project advancement within the first half of this year.... I believe many investors will be hoping for a sell off of the mine to a group that can make things happen without stretching milestones out over years and years. We see analysts giving 12 month forecasts for share price numbers that are LESS than before the disastrous SPAC + Reverse merger..... (boy was that a freshman/rookie combination of shareholder abuse moves! ) We have to be smarter than that going forward, or we will give precious equity away to people that have done NOTHING to deserve it (except bamboozling our management to weasel equity out of our company)..
Anyway, i think it is VERY SAFE to say we (shareholders) have given this management group many many chances and mulligans with underperformance and missed milestone after milestone!! This HAS to be their WATERSHED (not tears) YEAR or WE HAVE to SELL THIS MINE to a group that can execute! There are plenty of groups out there that would salivate over the chance to move this project forward.

We continue to be optimistic and hope for the best...... past time to make shit happen!! Hopefully Orange Man can accelerate this process now that the administration that was talking out of both sides of their mouth- while tieing prospective mine projects hands behind their backs.... pitiful..... take the shackles off and let the drilling and mining begin ALREADY!!

CDH: FWIW, I believe all of that changed when the rules changed to allow EXIM to finance domestic projects in the US, which change occurred shortly before NB got involved with the EXIM letter and application. It is my further understanding that the terms and interest rate with EXIM will be more favorable than any other form of private debt financing NB could have hoped for. I believe that is why NB is pursuing the EXIM loan at this time.
