Having talked with MK a few times, he’s been very adverse to push marketing for fear of coming across as a P&D and potential issues with FDA.  
Now with IDE approved, hopefully the marketing aspect takes care of itself.

I'm still watching this one from the sidelines. There seems to be a lot of optimism, but I'd rather wait for more confirmed business progress and financial results before making any investment decision. For me, strong fundamentals matter more than short-term hype.
