Hydril (NASDAQ:HYDL) The Board of Directors of Hydril elected Michael D. Danford as Vice President - Human Resources, effective immediately. Mr. Danford has served as director of human resources since 1997; and prior to coming to Hydril he held human resource positions with Houston based oil tool companies for approximately eleven years. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana - Monroe). Richard C.
